Description of Work: SDA recently was sold to Bay Alarm Co. Today, one of their employees (formerly with SDA) came to my home to test the connection under the new ownership, and to change out lawn signs and window stickers with the new logo. Their employee (Steven) was punctual, professional, and cordial.

 + -1 moreThey're very responsive. We've set off the alarm a few times by mistake and they call right away. Everything is okay. They're very responsive. We also have to pay something to the police department because we're hooked up to the fire and police. That's great. They send out a thing to see if we've changed any information. They're very punctual. I will definitely continue to use them. We pay the police $100.25.
Description of Work: We have SDA Security Systems for alarm systems. I've been using them for 14 years. I pay for it once a year. It's $360 a year. I paid for that a couple of months ago.
