+ -1 moreCalled initially and got a quote for the windows we wanted treated. Nick came out to do the job. He spent time finding out what we wanted to accomplish and gave us options regarding degree of tint, information about products,etc He did a great job installing the product we chose and we were really pleased with the quality of the work. Felt the price was reasonable for the number of small windows he did. Intend to have him do our skylights as we have confidence in the job he does.
Description of Work: Tinted 1 average sized window and 7 small windows to reduce the heat and prevent fading.

+ -1 moreExpert Window Tint worked with us to find the optimal material to meet our needs while also maintaining a pleasing appearance from the outside of the house. There are a lot of different tint materials and some can actually cause double pane windows to crack if they are not tempered glass. They did a great job getting the right material for our application and a superb installation. The only negative was that they had a $500.00 minimum charge, so we had to actually do more than we originally intended to make use of the entire amount.
Description of Work: Expert Window Tint installed a heat and light repelling sheet material on three windows above a stair case leading to our second floor, and on two small odd shaped windows that we couldn't get blinds or shutters to fin in one of the bedrooms . We needed something to block the heat and light.

+ -1 moreGood price, excellent quality, reasonably quick, and outstanding customer service. Lots of choices (tinting options) to fit our specific need. In fact, I used Premium Window Tinting once before (7/1/2001). The first job was a test to see the craftsmanship and attention to detail ($400 for two bedroom sliding glass doors and one sunroom window). I would use Premium Window Tinting again without hesitation.
Description of Work: Tinted three sliding glass door windows (34 x 77 inches) to reduce heat and UV damage to hardwood floors.

+ -1 moreStart to finish--estimate, advice, and work--about an hour, and very satisfying.
Description of Work: I checked around to compare prices on tinting the front windows of my SUV. Expert Window Tinting was very reasonable--a little higher than some, a little lower than others. The fact that they are a certified dealer, and had good Angie's reviews, led to my decision. Tey were very professional; explained that what I wanted was illegal, but said if the tinting cost me a "fix-it" ticket, they would remove it for free. Then they recommended a tint very similar to the factory tint on the rear windows. And... they did the work immediately; i waited in their comfortable waiting room only 45 minutes! It looks great, but i just had it done today, so i'll see how it goes; and report again if there's any problem. However, i doubt that there will be problems, because while i was there, they offered to re-do, for free, somebody else's tint, which was still under factory guarantee. they did the work free and immediately, rather than subject the customer to the "hassle of going thru the warranty process." I

+ -1 moreVery courteous over the phone, suggested appointment. We showed up and they were ready on time. Reviewed the legal issues with us, and discussed the different tinting options. His first question was to ask why we were tinting and based on the answer (heat reduction) he explained the differences and the resulting approximate heat reduction. Was very clear and very good pitch. Work was done sooner than they said and they called promptly. When we showed up for pickup, rep explained that bubbling/warping was part of curing process, pointed out the sticker they put on the windows to keep us from rolling it down while windows cured, and asked us to call if any problems. On the drive home, found the rearview mirror had been loosely mounted and returned to shop -- they fixed immediately. Windows did cure exactly as explained, and heat reduction was immediate.
Description of Work: Dropped off a Honda Fit for window tinting/heat reduction of all windows (4), back window, sidelights and windshield.

I showed up for a scheduled appointment and they immediately went to work. Andrew was very helpful in picking out what tint darkness to go with, and the finished product looks and performs great.
