I would never use again. I feel like he overcharged me. He didn't really know what he was doing. He was suppose to be here an hour and was here three hours.

Josh originally told me he was the youngest Master Plumber in San Diego. He would show up late each day work for maybe 1-2 hours then leave and come back 4-5 hours later. He never had the parts he needed and would have to leave to pick them up. One day he showed up didn't do anything, left his truck parked in my driveway and came back 8 hours later to pick it up. He wanted more money on the third day saying my down payment of $650.00 was gone. He convinced me the sewer lines had to be replace with plastic to make the bath drain properly. So I said fine. When he was changing the water fixtures on both bathrooms he tells me he's going to do a all nighter to finish and stay on his secdual. I finally had to kick him out at 12 P.M. and told him never pull that one again. It got to the point he said he needed $6,000 more to complete the job. Thats when I fired him. He finished a shower fixture and left. He left stucco splattered all over the ground, a 12 foot section of 2 inch pipe for me to deal with. I believe Josh is bi polar or has ADD. he was always washing his hands and seemed to go from one thing to another with out finishing. He never did conect the over flow or earth quake straps on the water heater that he charged $1575.00 for.
Description of Work: I wanted a new water heater installed and a bath drain cleaned. His original verbal estimate was 4-6 thousand depending on what was wrong with drain. He gave me that estimate at 9 pm. (I thought this to be odd timing). He was finishing up another job of re piping another home (my sons). It took well over 4 weeks to start my job but several times he said he had ordered the parts. I asked for a contract when he started, he said it was at his office he would bring it next time, well he never gave it to me until the day I fired him. At this time he decided to charge for each part not by the job, and the prices charged were not even close to what I could verify at Home Depot.
