Called Scott to come for emergency kitchen drain repair. Water shooting out of overflow valve on sink when dishwasher turned on. Scott used by me and condo association numerous times in past. Scott apologized but he was swamped till Fri. I was in town from Vegas to rent my condo. Move out tenants plugged up sink with grease from cooking oil and food. Scott called me back and recommended Drain Patrol, said it was good company, reasonable rates, to call them. I did. Drain Patrol said they would get person to me within 1 hour. "Javier" called me said what time he was coming. He showed up, was very professional, and it took him 1 hour to unclog grease and food from kitchen sink. Thanks Scott! Good recommendation when you are swamped!

Called Scott from out of state. Renter's said master bathroom shower fixture leaking. Scott contacted renter and set up appointment at their convenience. Scott found old plumbing stems needed replacement, did work and fixed problem. Renter's happy and I am happy. Have used Scott in past for jobs as well as he received job for Home Owner's Association work. Very pleased with Scott's quality of work and price. He is very honest and a hard worker. Doesn't try to rip you off. He is always first call I make when I need plumbing problems addressed.

We obtained 3 bids. Scott's was the most reasonable per the contract. He told us that the water would be shut off from 10 AM to 3 PM to complete the work. As he progressed throughout the condo complex, his work time got even better, completing each building within 3 hours time. His price per building was $1,000.00 and he did 10 buildings. His professionalism and pride in his work showed. One tenant failed to read her notice from the management company that he would be working that day on her building. She was getting ready to bathe her child right after he showed up to do the work, but Scott delayed his repair work to allow this mother to get her child bathed before he shut off the water. It was only 20 minutes and all went well. EXCELLENT WORK AND PROFESSIONALISM. He is getting a plumbing contract in future. He is also hydrojetting our complex in the next few weeks. He also replaced pressure valve regulators in our complex and did a superior job and was much cheaper.

Never on time after the 1st day. Continually argued about how things were to be done. Reasonably priced but not for what I got and had to go through.

SCOTT WAS FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. HE WAS PROMPT AND FAST. HE CLEANED UP ANY MESS HE LEFT BEHIND.

SCOTT WAS PROMPT, FAST AND EFFICIENT. HE CLEANED UP AFTER HE WAS FINISHED. HE TOOK THE TIME TO DO A GREAT JOB.
