I am so impressed with Lilian and Alan's customer service. I live in Los Angels so had to have the panels shipped. Lilian put us in touch with a local installation person, which did a great job, The products sold by Scotblinds are fantastic, I'm so happy with the zigzag system. I can't praise their customer service enough, it is very rare to find a company that is really willing to work with you and go beyond expectations. I will absolutely contact Scotblinds again when I ready for more window coverings. This is an outstanding company, both products and owners Lilian and Alan.

The entire experience was professional and pleasant from beginning to end. Allen came to the house as scheduled. He showed me samples and help with color selection. Talking to him was a treat. Jerry, the installer, also was on time and professional. He had to solve a little problem with the hanging of one of the three blinds because of the small amount of wood to attach to. The blinds look beautiful.

Alan was professional and courteous. Was able to give us a quote that night. Felt like we were dealing with a friend, not a salesman.

Allan was very informative, and gave us a great selection. They look good. One negative thing is they accidentally installed a wrong blind in one window, so I had to touch that up.

I went to a big box store and a department store to get estimates on the type of new blinds I wanted. The people I talked to at these places were both new and had little experience in what they were supposed to be helping me with, so I decided to use Angie's List. I dealt with 3 people at Scotblinds and they all were very professional, helpful and just nice people. The price came out to be less than the quotes I received from the stores. I am very pleased with my purchase and the service I received.

I called Scot Blinds because of their high marks on Angie's List, and Alan brought sample books of the materials for the blinds I was interested in installing. He helped me select the right colors and level of transparency for the fabrics and the finish for the rod, and answered questions about the installation and operation. Turnaround on the order was quick and Jerry, the installer, did an excellent job. Everyone showed up when they said they would. Everything fit correctly and works well. Both Alan and Jerry were highly competent, had excellent judgment, and were very pleasant and intelligent people to work with. I'll definitely call them again for future work.

Alan was very professional, prompt, and courteous. He gave an opinion when it was appropriate to and was very hands off when we were discussing the options. His pricing was similar to the big box stores on-sale but the customer service was great, the suggestions were helpful, and the install went well. We will be coming back when we need to install more window treatments!

Scot Blinds is one of three companies we got estimates from for our blind/shade project. Although it was not the least expensive estimate, it was the one that seemed to us to have the right combination of quality and price. One estimate was for thousands of dollars more than Scot Blinds. Our experience with Alan was great. He made a total of 4 visits to our home, and always arrived on time. We had an idea of what we wanted when Alan came to measure, but after seeing the windows, their placement in the rooms, and their importance to our home's design, he suggested a different solution. We ended up going with his idea. Our blinds were ready in under two weeks. Jerry, the installer, arrived on time, was quick and efficient. The blinds look beautiful. We had to contact Alan about a week later with a small issue that emerged. He responded promptly and resolved the problem to our satisfaction at no additional cost.

He was very, very good. He came out promptly when he said he would. He measured everything and gave us ideas. He was very nice and very personable.

Alan came our to measure and he went to great lengths to make sure I understood and was happy with my choices. The day of the installation Darren came with Alan and they both discussed the job to make sure Darren understood what was needed. Darren did the installation. During the installation my input was asked for to make sure the drapes were hung just so. Alan and Darren were both very professional, helpful and made the whole experience much less stressful for me. I had confidence in their work and my drapes are beautiful. I'm glad I chose Scotblinds and would chose them again if the need arises.

The whole team, Lillian, Alan and Jerry are fantastic. I spoke with Lillian on the phone and was pleased to hear they sell American made products, that's a big plus for us. She was very pleasant and professional explaining the company and setting up my appointment. Alan is the salesman and he's a jewel. He's professional yet friendly in a low-key way and his advice was stellar. He's not one of those high pressure salespeople that make you want to run for the hills. I appreciate that. Alan did the measuring for my shades and, seeing the way they fit, he did a great job. Jerry is the installer and both my husband and i were impressed with his installation.We've installed our own window treatments and they never looked this good! My husband said it was well worth the cost. And, just like Lillian and Alan, Jerry is professional yet friendly and explains what he's doing as he goes along. My shipment was delayed a bit but Alan called right away to let me know and apologized sincerely, even though it wasn't his fault. This is a company that really cares about doing a good job for their clients and I highly recommend them. I will definitely use them again.

Overall very well ... Had some problem with an 8 foot door - but they worked with the manufacturer and provided a proper fix. Installed battery operated, remote-control, honey-comb blinds on high windows in master bath - they work like a charm ! Installer, Jerry, is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and professional. Alan Reoch, the owner appears to have my best interest as his working focus. Very personable and dedicated.

The vertical blinds in our family room were approx. 14 years old and in need of repair or replacement. Called Scotblinds based on Angies List reviews and made an appointment several days later. Alan Reoch, the owner, came out and suggested replacement would be the most cost effective approach and brought samples of blinds he carries. We ordered a new set and they were installed within the next 2 weeks. They look great and we are very pleased. If you need new blinds (they carry a wide assortment) give them a call. You won't be disappointed.

Installed 10 sets of blinds throughout the house. Alan was helpful in determining a good priced blind for the right rooms. The installer Jerry was great--he arrived early and was done so fast. The whole process from picking out blinds to having them installed was so much easier than anything I could have done myself, with much less hassle, and for the same or lower cost. Alan gave me advice on the different types of materials and what to expect to insure I would be happy with the end result. I will definitely use Scotblinds again in the future.

We really enjoy our woven wood shades!! We wanted the shades for our upstairs loft and craft room. We saw a couple of woven wood shades from other companies but really liked Alan's pattern. In addition, his shades are made in the USA. He is very friendly and an all around nice guy so it make us comfortable doing business with him. In addition, he had good references on Angie's list. We were right on the spot choosing Alan to provide our window treatment! He was prompt with my email and phone inquiry. He said it would take a couple week to order and it was on time. His installer was professional and did great work. I totally enjoy my window treatment!! It glides up and down smoothly! I am very proud of my shades so I usually show it to my guest when I give them a tour of our house!

It went fine. They were on time. The product and the follow-up were both good but the price was extravagant.

Spent approximately 3 hours with Alan trying to figure out which color, product and material I would want for the house. All the while Alan was professional, hilarious, honest, punctual and courteous. Alan is a true believer in communication, which is a difficult quality to find in contractors these days. The quality of material used is far better than the big box stores and the items are made in the United States, which is a big plus. The installer arrived early/on time to begin work the install process and before I knew it...job was complete. The installer had to return to complete the installation of the another product (large woven wood) for a closet, balcony door and window. The product was damaged during delivery to Scotblinds, however, Alan's team noticed the damaged material. Without hesitation, I received a call from Alan with an explanation and an install date. All I have to say; honesty, quality, courteous, professional team who actually pays attention to details and yes I will use Scotblinds in the future and for now on. No more wasting money at the big box stores.

Scot Blinds is a truly professional company. Alan Reoch, owner, personally came to my home with samples to choose from. Delivery arrived as promised. There were a few sizing issues once everything arrived. His installer, Jerry, was clean, neat and detailed. Very experienced. Alan jumped into action and worked with the manufacturer to make everything perfect. He went the extra mile and never asked for money after the deposit until I was 100% satisfied with the products and installation. I would highly recommend this company and I guess the best review I could give him is "I wouldn't hesitate to order from this company again"!

Alan came out to give us an estimate and suggestions for materials in the bathroom. A week or so later the installer completed measurements and ordered the custom shutters. A few weeks later they were installed. I don't remember his name but the installer was very meticulous and did a fantastic job. The shutters look great. Scott Blinds and their associates were very professional, courteous and on time. This is the 2nd time we used their services and we certainly would again. Their thank you note was nice touch too. A+!! I was extremely happy with Scotblinds from beginning to the end. Alan came to my condo after our initial phone call, and spent the time with me to recommend the best blinds for my Eurotilt windows. I selected the "top-down / bottom-up" shades which provide me with great flexibility for my somewhat unique windows. Alan measured and provided me with a quote while still at my condo. The price was fair so I proceeded with the order right away. Even though I ordered just before the holidays, the blinds were ready within 2-3 weeks of my order. The installer called me to set the appointment and was very courteous. The day of the install, he was running late but made sure to call me and let me know his schedule, which I really appreciated. Installation was very quick, and he also showed me how to use my new shades. I'd definitely recommend Scotblinds to anyone who values high quality and excellent customer service. Thanks Alan!!

Super. Allan comes out and helps you make the choices, gives you some input about costs and materials. Professional measurer comes out and re-measures. Good quality control. The verticals came and were installed within two weeks. The shutters are built in their factory, so there is good quality control. Installation is done by very experienced staff. Everything looks beautiful.
