San Diego TV Install

My 40 inch TV was previously on a lamp table and took up too much space, so I hired San Diego TV Install to install my TV above my fireplace. I do not know anything about mounting TVs above fireplaces or anywhere else, and Jon (Bauer) took the time to explain everything to me. He was at the house quite a long time, but it was a difficult install over the fireplace. He had to drill through a couple of 2 x 4s at a very odd angle. His primary goal was to drill through the small outlet space, but he said if that didn't work he could cut out a piece of drywall and patch any holes,and I would be responsible for painting those patches. The third option would be to drill a hole to the outside and place the wires in some sort of tubing on the outside of the house. Since I live in a townhouse with a homeowners association, I did not think that would be a good option. He ended up being able to drill through the small outlet space, but with great difficulty and very long drill bits! He was persistent, and I appreciated the fact that he kept at it so that he would not have to cut out any drywall that would have to be patched and painted. Jon was very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and put down a tarp to catch any debris. He also brought a portable vacuum to get up anything that missed the tarp. I would definitely use Jon at San Diego TV Install again and would recommend him to friends and colleagues.
