+ -1 moreThey stated the problems ere being complicated by the unit's age (4+ years) & the new Maverick's OS. This helped but I still had problems. They rechecked the MBP again & confirmed their earlier opinion. During the service, the tech always answered my calls &B he returned my calls quickly. The tech just called to let me know Apple is coming out with an OS update that should solve some of the problems. I appreciate his call & his keeping me in mind. Great service.
Description of Work: My MacBook Pro was running very slow & crashing. They cleared out the temp files & defragged the HD.

+ -1 moreMy niece wanted to upgrade to OS10.5, but her iBook only had 256 MB of RAM. We contacted a nearby Apple store & were told they no longer stock RAM for iBooks. We checked with a few Apple repair shops. Alex was the first to return our phone calls. Alex was very helpful from beginning to end. We exchanged several emails to describe the problems. Within a week, Alex received the RAM & we had it installed. I added RAM to max out my G4's RAM capability. He was willing to answer all of our questions. I would recommend San Diego PC and Mac with no hesitation.
Description of Work: Added memory to 2 Apple G4 iBooks.
