They have a really great selection and they are very helpful. I only needed a little bit of grout for one little project and they said, don’t buy a 10 pound bag, we will pour you some in a little pot, which was very helpful. They have everything from really modern like glass and they also have the old world natural squares that we did as our backsplash. They were very professional. They knew their stuff and could guide us in the right direction and had information about the products we asked about.

Joe is very experienced and knew what he was doing. He was professional and gave me choices for the colors and finishes that i wanted and also did samples for me to choose from. Price was fair and job well done.

Retail shopping experience for new tile was good but not excellent. Floor staff was available for help after some effort on our part. Tile selection was good, prices were about what was expected, even with "trade discount." Telephone notification about tile delivery/pick-up was inadequate and required chasing on our part. Order quantities were misunderstood and this resulted in a necessary reorder for missing pieces. Tiles were delivered in satisfactory condition. "Restocking policy" for surplus tile pieces was not followed in full, and an error in their favor was made by their staff in a credit memo issued for returned pieces. This is an establishment which is obviously far more interested in dealing with tradesmen than with retail customers. We will not preferentially shop there again.
