+ -1 moreMoved here 2 weeks ago and already the company cut the neighborhood power off for several hours yesterday as part of its routines ("Planned Outage"). Also announced it would do so in any area affected possibly by fire, ensuring that water cannot be pumped to fight the fires. Have lived six decades in many places and nowhere else does the electric company shut the lights and power down at its will. Shutoffs elsewhere are involuntary and treated as emergencies to be fixed using whatever resources are available on overtime.
Description of Work: Electricity supply. One of the costliest in the country. No choice.

Description of Work: I've used their services for several things. I have them come out every year to check my furnace as well.

+ -1 moreTHE TECHNICIAN WAS WELL VERSED IN HIS DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. I WAS VERY PLEASE WITH HIS PERFORMANCE AND PROFESSIONALISM.
Description of Work: THERE WAS A GAS LEAK IN THE FURNACE AND THEY REPAIRED THE OLD CONNECTIONS.
