They installed a new garage door opener. The opener was missing the back up battery that is used when the electricity is out. I emailed him and he has come back and installed the missing battery.

We talked to a few garage door places after I accidentally destroyed our door. SD Door Pros came out quickly, gave us an appraisal and within a few days they had our old door replaced. The competitors were initially a lower price but Door Pros met that price and got the work done a 7-14 days faster than the nearest quote. The service person did the work quickly and we had a new door on the garage within a week of my mistake. Quite happy with their work.

He was very punctual and had great communication. Very professional too. My garage door could not be opened because there was no power to it. He drilled a small hole and grabbed the emergency release cord with a wire. Once the door was opened I saw that a box had slipped and had fallen against the switch that provides power to the door. He Installed an emergency vault release for me and reset my keyless entry pad. He really did good work and was very efficient.

They came back after I called them to change springs to be correct, and after they did it i called a technician to check it and again, the springs were wrong!! I am seriously unsure if they are cheap or actually just don't know what to do and what types of springs to put in the door. I will call back and ask them to come check them a second time. I just want springs that are right for my door and won't be dangerous and burn out my motor.

I e-mailed San Diego Door Pros regarding the broken spring on our garage door and requested a phone call from them. They phoned me within one minute of my posting the e-mail. Andrew came out later on the same day, replaced our broken spring, and lubricated the system so it works smoothly. We are pleased with the repair and the price. Andrew had a good attitude and was competent to take care of the repair quickly and effectively.

The guy was professional, punctual, detailed, and courteous. He did a great job quieting one of my garage doors as well as installed a keyless remote. Overall, great service and I would definitely recommend this company to other consumers.

He let us know we didn’t need the door opener, which we felt was very honest. He ended up performing a tune-up on the garage door and installing a device that can monitor garage door usage and open and close the door. Danielle primarily dealt with them.

The tune-up went well! The individual that came out was very skilled and the door has held up fine since he came out to do the work. I can definitely notice a difference in terms of quietness.

Called to make appointment as soon as I purchased the deal. Were able to send a repair person out very quickly. No waiting for weeks to get something scheduled. Scott just left and he did an awesome job!! Nice, polite, professional and quick worker that arrived on time and called when he was on his way. Even offered to help me carry my trash cans in. Door had been making a horrible screech noise whenever it opened or closed. No more noise! Sure my neighbors appreciate this repair. Advised that the springs have a couple more years of life in them. This is a deal that is worth buying and no high pressure sales pitch. I've bought a number of deals, but this is one of the best values.

On a Monday I answered their add for a special deal on Angies list via email. Within 3 hours I had an appointment for Wednesday (my first choice) to do the work. Their time window was accurate and work performed within 1 1/2 hours. You can't get better service than that.

I contacted the company via email to inquire about what was covered that was not explicitly stated in the coupon. Josh provided clear responses on everything that would be done and the pricing could not be beat; I had two other companies come out and they provided an estimate that was $100's of dollars more expensive that the coupon offered by San Diego Door Pro's. The technician Scott contacted me prior to the appointment time to let me know he was on his way and arrived at the appointed time. Scott removed the old system, installed the new system, replaced all the wiring, sensors and installed the external keypad in approximately 1.5 hours. Scott than ensured both are vehicles worked with the system, explained the warranty, how the internal keypad worked, showed where the buttons (learn) were located so that I could establish the gateway for internet monitoring of the door (which was provided at a price mush less than was quoted by the two other businesses I contacted about installing the system). Scott removed all of the old material and cleaned up the work area completely.

I had them do a garage door tune-up and it's made a noticeable difference. The one tech that came out adjusted the torque on my door because it wasn't opening, and everything has been fine since then! Scheduling was really simple, too. Definitely recommended!

Bottom line, they did nothing to Improve my door or opener. Was just a quick squirt a little grease and give excuse as to why could not quite the opener or adjust it, then went away.

We really like them and they were friendly. They showed up on time and they have good works.

Showed up on time, did only what was needed to fit with our existing older heavy wood single-panel door, did everything on the first call in 2 hours time, instructed my wife on its features and operation, and made sure it all worked properly before he left. Most important, it was only my wife at home when the work was done and the owner, Andrew Sunseri, made her feel very confident that there was nothing unnecessary being done, which is an unfortunate but all too frequent occurrence in the service world when unfamiliar consumers are being told what is needed. We highly recommend this firm for garage door needs and would unhesitatingly use them again.
