Description of Work: Replaced garage door spring. Technician was excellent and I'm very happy with the work and the price. My ONLY complaint is that the estimate they gave me over the phone was not even close to the actual cost. Maybe we miscommunicated on the phone or something. But again, I wasn't disappointed by the price - it was actually about what I expected - it just didn't match what they told me over the phone.

Description of Work: I have purchased 4 or 5 of these big deals now and only one of those held to the price and that was because I purchased 4 hours of Labor and it only took about 1.5 hours. These seem like they are all bait and switch deals instead of big deals.

Description of Work: Garage door tune up. This guy was great! He found lose bolts another company overlooked, installed nylon rollers that made the doorsy close more quietly. Very professional, took his time to do the job correctly.

Description of Work: A garage tune up was performed, and new wheels were installed. We also wanted to find out why our garage door is making such loud noises when it opens. It's a pretty old door. He informed me that the hinges are sticking due to it's age and model. He said it didn't need any repairs, but that we should consider buying a new one soon. He did not pressure me to buy anything, but did provide me with a brochure of the different garage doors they sell. He was quick, efficient, and polite. We would definitely consider buying our new garage door from this company when the time comes.

Description of Work: We purchased a deal to do some maintenance and change our garage door rollers. The guy was a little late, but was apologetic. He checked everything out and told us that our rollers were still good just needed some grease. Instead he installed a keyless remote. He was really nice and thorough. We would definitely use them again for maintenance.
