Description of Work: Andrew tuned up my garage door and replaced the rollers. The door had problems: a horrible squeal and, at the hottest time of day, it was reversing on the way down. Andrew came to first appointment when I was very busy, I told him the problem and he did his work, but I didn't have time to follow up with him. 2 weeks later, we still had the same problem. I called back and rescheduled. This time I had time to discuss, and Andrew showed me my door track was 1/2" higher on one side than the other. We discussed alternatives and he decided to adjust the door, at no extra charge. He did this work and the problem was solved.

Description of Work: We had garage door opener installed. The installer had to improvise the wiring as none previously had been installed. He took time to do thorough job. Only complaint is that the remote used in this job requires too much code use. No simple open/close button. Would have gladly paid more to simplify use.

Description of Work: They were awesome! They scheduled me in same day which was important because it was almost impossible to get the door open we didn't dare shut it again. The tech arrived as scheduled and was a great guy. Knew what the problem was before we even met him at the door. This was the second time I've used them and will certainly call them again.
