Description of Work: San Diego Door Pros removed my old solid door and replaced with a rollup door with decorative inserts. Because of a center beam in my garage, 2 other companies said it wasn't possible to install a rollup door. Door Pros initially proposed to install with the mechanism at the rear rather than the front of the garage. However, the installer determined that there was sufficient clearance and the door was installed in the normal fashion.

Description of Work: They replaced the entire garage door and associated hardware. They were very punctual and professional. My only slight criticism is that the main rail (adjacent to the drive mechanism) was not lubricated once the door was installed. Other than that they were great.

Description of Work: I purchased the garage door maintenance offer. The Tech was punctual, friendly and the service seemed to take no time. 2 weeks after the service, I started having problems with my garage door and I called SAN DIEGO DOOR PROS back to see if they would come out to service it. I never received a call back. I called another company and they explained that SAN DIEGO DOOR PROS did not properly service the door and that was the cause of my new issues.

Description of Work: Upon inspection, it was discovered that we had a broken garage door spring. The technician was able to repair and complete door tune up within an hour. I was very pleased with the service and results. The garage door has never operated better and almost all noise is gone. Springs were extra but appear to be reasonably priced.
