An extension spring broke on my garage door. I searched Angie's list for a company to do the repair. I liked the reviews that I saw for Door Pro's and called for an appointment. I set up an appointment at a time that was convenient for me, late in the day so it would not conflict with my job and I did not have to take time off work. Jared arrived at the promised time and was very professional. He had ll the parts that might be needed for the repair and completed the repair in less than an hour. I was very happy with this company and will use them in the future if I have problems with my garage door. I will also recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Garage door would not close completely, the outside key to open the door and the inside button to open the door had been cut and inoperable. Jared Willis showed up on time and evaluated the problem and with a number of adjustments he had the door closing tightly and then reconnected the wires so the that key and the button would work & i no longer had to carry the clicker with me at all times using the car. I can now keep the clicker in the car and come in & out of the garage with the key and suing the button. I am totally satisfied with the service all and with Jared who was really great. I would definitely use this company again

I had just bought my house on Aug. 22, and had to have the garage remodeled where the electrical wiring was redone, too. During the remodel, the (20-plus-year-old) door opener stopped working. My (excellent) electrician was unable to fix it because there was only one of the three original 'clips' left, and this last remaining clip was so old that it simply would not catch on the moving chain any longer. A quick call to Door Pros solved the problem - a technician came out the next day, took a look, diagnosed the problem, replaced the motor and the spring, also installed child-proof sensors at the garage door. All this the same day - in fact right before the big power outage! Meanwhile, I'm glad that I hadn't had time to write this review, because yesterday (October 10) afternoon my parents' garage door opener also failed and the door was stuck halfway up. They called and left a message with the company which had installed it in 2003 (which has an 800 number and supposedly 24-hour emergency service), but did not hear back from the company at all. On a whim, I gave my parents the phone number of Door Pros, and told them that Door Pros also has 24-hour emergency service. My mother left them a message late last night, Door Pros called my parents first thing this morning (and I mean first thing, before 8 a.m.!), their technician showed up at 9 a.m., and the whole thing was repaired before 10 a.m.!! What's more, when my mother told the technician that I had recommended Door Pros, they gave my parents a $25 discount. My parents are just thrilled to have such a reliable service provider from now on, whose office is only 10-minute drive from their house, too.

They did an excellent job of aligning the door

Excellent service! Arrived on time, and communication throughout the job was excellent too. The technician was truly an expert and was fully prepared to tackle the entire job while he was here. The garage works better than before!

One of the springs on our double door rollup garage door broke. We contacted Door Pros and they came the next day. They replaced both springs on the door, checked and lubricated the entire system. They give a 10 year warranty on the springs (we replaced both because our house is 10 years old). They also have a 90 day labor warranty in case anything goes wrong. They were very polite on the phone, made an appointment for the next day, and were punctual. The entire job took about 45 minutes. We were very pleased with the service.

The work was performed quickly, in a very professional manner. He took time to fully inspect and provide maintenance to the garage door to make everything efficiently and quietly. I will definitely use them in the future for regular maintenance. I am very pleased with this company and the services they perform.

They came out quickly for an estimate and were able to come back on the next working day to do the work. They were punctual and efficient. The spring was replaced and everything was back in order in just under an hour. The garage door is running very smoothly now. As for the price, I gave an A grade though I didn't really do much research on it. Also, I didn't ask if just the springs within the old Torquemaster system could be replaced rather than changing out the whole spring system.

Super easy. Called late Tuesday. Their person came early the next day as scheduled and efficiently took care of our needs.
