The work was performed by technician Andrew in a most professional manner. Took one hour and result was perfect. I have no idea if the price was competitive since I did not have time to shop around.

The service person was punctual and courteous. He performed the task efficiently. He even anchored the switch on the wall. He tried but could not fix the electrical problem with the light bulb, but it was not part of his task.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal. If I had been there, I would have asked them to look at a couple of other things but I wasn't there. The electronic eye keeps falling off and they didn't even look at that. They were there quickly so they were responsive.

The installation went very well and Andrew's professionalism was top notch. He went above and beyond by tuning the garage door, checking every nut and bolt as well as programming my vehicles garage door opener...

Anthony very quickly gave us an assessment of the options for repair and made very reasonalble recommendations. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and the quality was excellent. The whole process of calling and setting up an appointment was very easy. He came the next day after our call and the work was completed.

When the work got done, they did a good job. Replaced all of the rollers, and adjusted the door to eliminate gaps, and have it run smoothly. The problem I had was with schedule coordination. I made the appointment with the scheduler, booked the time off work, only to have the technician call the day before saying he wouldn't be able to keep the morning appointment. I rescheduled with him to come the next day. He came on time the next day, and did the work, and as compensation for the inconvenience, offered to either refund the charge or waive the charge for the new bottom deal he had installed (a $69.00 value). I chose the latter, and was satisfied with the final results.

The service went well. The opener works well, the price was reasonable and they were on time.

. The representative was courteous, personable, punctual, and knowledgeable. He finished the job in less than 30 minutes on site.

My garage door had been inoperable for a couple of years because I was afraid the whole door would have to be replaced. I also did not know who I could trust to give me an honest price and good workmanship.So I checked Angie's List and contacted Door Pros. They came out to the house. The service man was prompt, courteous and professional. He showed me where the problem was and exactly what he would need to do. He had it up and running in no time and cleaned up after himself. I could not be happier. Wish I'd called them a lot sooner.

This company uses Angie's List coupons but they don't honor them. It is not only a dishonest way to run business but also discredit Angie's List coupons. An unprofessional and dishonest company like this should not be allowed to sell Angie's List coupons because it damages the Angie's List credibility and reputations.

Tech was later than stated, but he had called to let me know (all fine). He was very knowledgable and personable. He assessed my garage door and told me everything he would do. The work was done in less than an hour. He then told me all he did and what couldn't be done (couldn't replace one roller due to access problem). We talked for a while about the life left in my opener and what different styles are now on the market. Overall, a very positive experience.

The overall experience was fine. It did take them a while to call to set up the appointment but since we weren't really ready for the service until now, that was fine. I called them back and we set it up with about a week waiting time. Their technician called as he was on the way, as promised, and showed up shortly thereafter. We discussed the options under the special deal that I had bought and since the rollers were in pretty good condition, we got the keyless entry pad. I asked him about putting on a sensor so that the garage door would go back up if there was anything in the way, something we wanted done because there is a toddler in the house. He said it could not be done with the existing motor so we bought a new motor which came with the sensor and a new remote control. There was no additional labor charge since he was already there. He helped us set up the keyless entry pad and sent the receipt and warranty information by email. The technician, Andrew, was very friendly but professional. He cleaned up everything when he was done and was very efficient. We had paid $89 for the tune up and the new motor was $459. I did not do any comparison shopping so don't really know if the motor was a good price or not. However, I believe it is in the ballpark of what we paid for our own garage door motor when it was installed. I would definitely use this company again.

The install took about 15 minutes, including lubricating and adjusting our garage doors. The installer was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Great Job!

Easy to schedule. Friendly and professional. When the provider showed-up, he went straight to the task, and didn't stop for nearly two hours until he was satisfied that the door was working as good and the existing opener would allow. He showed how the drive screw was clearly bent, and was working, but would have to be replaced if we wanted reduced vibration noise. He didn't push for that job, but was only very helpful in his recommendation. Door Pros is a first class outfit from start to finish. PS. I did finally replace the opener myself yesterday with a fantastic Sommer 3/4 HPdirect drive unit. Silent and perfect.

Technician was prompt & courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. we will definitely use them again in the future, probably on a more routine basis.

Automatic garage door wouldn't open, it had been making a weird noise for a few days & finally stopped opening! I had use the Door Pros before on a Angie's list special & was pleased with their service, so called them again. They came out that afternoon, found out the problem (don't remember exactly what it was), fixed it, doubled checked everything for me and it has worked since then. They also offer repeat customers a discount, so that was appreciated.

The technician came out the same day I bought the coupon, which was nice. He fixed the opening/closing problem and made it a little quieter. About 3 months later, the opening/closing problem started again. I called Door Pros to ask how long their work was guaranteed for. They said 90 days, but if it had been a little over 90 days they would work with me. I actually ended up buying a new opener with a belt drive instead of a chain. My old opener was not a Lift Master, and I think it was just worn out. I am happy with my new opener. The belt drive is so much quieter. It is warrantied for 5 years.

It took a while to get an apppointment and was well worth the wait. The technician pulled around to my garage and was finished with installation of the garage door keypad in no time at all. He was friendly, courteous and explained the process of programming the device to me. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
