The service tech Tustin showed up on time and did a knowledgable job of installing new door rollers. He was very nice and enthusiastic about his work.

They were very prompt and everything turned out great. They also saved me money by repairing and not replacing the parts.

I originally wanted only my two car garage fixed so it was quieter. The metal rollers were replaced with different rollers, the springs were all lubricated, and now my neighbors don't have to hear my door opening/closing. Once Andrew was here, I asked him to do the same with my third garage door, and he was willing to spend the extra time for only $60 more. Andrew was very perfessional and polite. I would definitely use them again.

The job went well, was doing at a convenient time and friendly, professional manner. Everyone from the staff to the technician were great.

When I called to set up the appointment I was told that it would take two weeks. I explained that I was having other work done and was hoping to have this work done on the same day. The receptionist made it happen. The tech who did the work was very nice and efficient - took less than 20 minutes to do both jobs. Highly recommend.

It took about 2 weeks to get a service appointment as the company only did Big Deal jobs on certain days. The serviceman showed up as scheduled and completed the work rather quickly. As I was tied up with another contractor at the time, I didn't observe the actual work in progress. As the garage door is quieter now, I assume the work was done properly. I'm only giving them a B rating because they really did not do anything that went above and beyond the scope of the job. Since I was a first time client, I would think the company would try to go out of their way to impress me and secure my on-going business. This just was not the case...

The replacement rollers really helped with the noise level, and they were on time and very helpful when they arrived at my house! They did the job very quickly.

When setting up the appointment I was initially given over a week out but I explained I was having trouble opeining the door. I feel I was given a special appointment the next day. I dove into the repair investigation myself as I found out I had a stripped coupling connector, I replaced it myself. I thought that perhaps the springs were a culprit in this problem and was willing to pay for new springs. Upon arrival Danny assured me things were ok and sometimes couplings get stripped and that I did not need springs. The service for which I already paid, the rollers, was quick and it was reassuring that the door mechanism was sound and in good working order. I really liked the experienced friendly person.

I purchased a Big Deal for $89 for a Garage door tune-up with quiet roller replacement or keyless entry pad. We have had a very squeaky garage door for quite some time. We have had other companies come out to fix it and they say it needs lubrication, but it starts squeaking a few days later. Danny came out right out on time, tuned up everything and told me that the squeak was because of one particular area of the door that needed tightening. He was nice, professional and efficient and all is working well!
