My experience was great, it went really well. I know that they did the job exactly as it was supposed to be, they arrived when they should and finished in a timely manner. They did a great job, I didn't have any problem.

Terrific! The motor that was part of the Big Deal would not work with my door, Door Pros offered me a refund, I mentioned what I was really interested in was the ability to open, close and view the doors status from my smart phone. I was informed that that could still be done, I was offered a refund for the difference, but asked a full inspection could be performed and we call it even. I was told that would not be a problem but the part would need to purchased. He purchased the part and called to let me know that he would gladly return that evening to install, but asked if we could reschedule the install. The install was done at a time that worked into my schedule. The work done was done with the utmost professionalism and the technician was equally professional. I received a call letting me know he was enroute and he arrived in a timely fashion. I was extremely impressed with Door Pros and would use them again without hesitation.

There was an upcharge due to the fact that I had a taller door than standard.

It went really well. He was very polite professional. He answered all the questions that I had. I am very pleased with the work that they did.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It tuned out pretty good. They had to come out again and take care of the current problems from the first time. After that, it was pretty good because they fixed everything.

San Diego Door Pros were the fourth and last company to provide a bid for a new garage door and opener. By the time I met with Andrew, I knew what I wanted in terms of the door (Clopay) and opener (LiftMaster). Andrew was on time for the appointment. He provided similar brochures to what I had received from the other Clopay vendor, though Andrew also brought a "sample" of the door I had selected so I could see the interior make up of the door. The only minor hiccup was Andrew grabbed an out of date garage door booklet which had a window insert that had been discontinued. Of course this was the insert I had selected. It all worked out though because the insert in question was still in stock. One of the reasons I ended up selecting San Diego Door Pros to install our new garage door and opener was the outstanding price they had had for the LiftMaster garage door opener. Based on the other Clopay bid the overall price for San Diego Door Pros was a little bit less and I ended up with a heavier duty opener. The installation process was remarkable. I'm very glad that I went with San Diego Door Pros. I watched Daniel take down and install the new door and opener by himself. I still can't believe he wrested the new and old panels by himself. Daniel was incredibly organized and efficient. No wasted movement. Once he was done, Daniel cleaned up everything, strapped the old panels to his truck and headed out. Andrew had said that Daniel was his best tech. Based on the installation, I would have to agree. The new garage door and opener are working flawlessly. The garage door opener is so quiet our dog no longer realizes we're home until we walk into the house.

San Diego Door Pros did an okay job, not outstanding but satisfactory. They did less than I thought they were going to do, frankly. They worked on the rollers, oiled them and so on. That's really about it. They may have cleaned a couple of things, but it was not any kind of a big deal. It was the first time I ever used them. I wouldn't say there was anything that turned out bad, but I think I can say I'm slightly, very slightly disappointed that I kind of thought they were going to do a little more. My expectations were a little higher than they met. But I'm talking minor things, now. Certainly, I would not give them a negative rating at all.

It was pretty good. They did a good job but I was a little bit irritated with them because there was some information he was supposed to call me back with and he never did. But as far as the service that they actually did, it was fine.

The keyless entry pad is worth the whole thing. What great thing to have. A great convenience.

An early morning appointment turned into a late morning appointment due to an emergency call the contractor had received. The late morning appointment then turned into an afternoon appointment which lasted less than an hour. If it wasn't for the tardiness, they would have been given "A's" across the board.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for San Diego Door Pros. He was really great, very helpful. I called him, made the appointment. He came right on time and the work didn't take really long. I always wanted something cheaper but I thought it was worth my time as a new owner here to make sure that everything was working properly.

It was very unusual and I made the appointment. The guy did everything he was suppose to without knowing I had the coupon and it was the same price as the Big Deal. I think it was their typical rate and they said it was a deal on the website. It is a big problem. Maybe he did not know the deal existed but it seemed odd. It works great and I am glad I got it done. I am not dissatisfied but it lives me with the feeling that they pulled something past Angies List.

San Diego Door Pros were terrific from the first phone call to the visit. They were on time, clean, professional and courteous. The technician immediately went to work and showed me how to do the minor maintenance needed. He pointed out the next item that was ok now, but may wear out in the future and what to watch for should that happen. I really appreciated his honesty.

After purchasing the big deal I called Door Pro three times and left a message they never returned my call back.. It took about two months to finally talk to someone. We made an appointment for Friday May 31 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm , we left work early to be there when they arrived. They Called and left a message that they would not be able to make our appointment on that day but rescheduled for the first appointment the next day a window of 8:00am to 10:00am they showed up at 9:00am. And completed the job by 10:30am. We are 100 percent satisfied with the outcome. I recommend them and would use them again for sure..

Had San Diego Door Pros come out to inspect the garage door. They replaced the rollers and lubricated the garage door. Very friendly gentleman that came to the house. Price was fair for the work that was done.
