We contacted this company via e-mail on their web site. Whitney got back to us fairly quickly - it was the weekend. Their estimate was within range of the contractor that we used.

Originally had 1 garage door opener replaced. It was much quieter and a great value. Then 1 of the garage doors collapsed (due to age, nothing to do with the new opener) and we called them back out. They gave us a great deal on both doors and a new opener for our other door. It took longer than expected to get the work done due to some measurement issues on our garage and the fact that our garage doors were not a standard size. But the service technician that came out to install the doors was very knowledgable and efficient. A good experience.

I bought a new garage door opener with an Angie's list coupon. When the installer showed up, he informed me that I needed a shorter drive chain rail and they would have to install a different but similar model that comes with the shorter rail. I was thinking "Uh oh!, bait and switch!!". But after he got the other opener and got it installed in no time at all, I was and still am completely happy with their work and the new garage opener.

San Diego Door Pros showed up when they said they would, quickly assessed the situation and went to work. They were efficient. We had a lovely new Liftmaster opener and quiet new rollers within three hours. They even calibrated the opener to our car, helped us set up an app so we can open our garage door remotely with our phones and took a follow-up call to help us straighten out a small glitch. We have been pleased with the quality of the equipment and with Door Pros service.

I called, he came within 2 days. He replaced it in about an hour and hauled away the old one. You couldn't even tell he had been there except for the shiny new garage door opener. He did a great job installing the controller to cover the holes of the old one! I recommend them to everyone!

I had originally purchased the deal for new rollers or a keyless entry for $100 and purchased two since I have a three-car garage with two doors. Daniel came out and said my doors were fine and since my openers were too old to install a keyless entry, we talked about what I really needed. I've been wanting to get new openers, but kept putting it off. This company was great and let me apply the coupon purchased toward the purchase of the two new openers. They also came out just two days later to do the work. Daniel had it all done in about two hours. They work great and couldn't be happier. I gave a B for responsiveness because I asked for written estimate to be emailed to me, but never got it. Daniel created one for me on the spot when he arrived.

It was fine. As a matter of course, he just adjusted the door so it shut to the ground correctly. He made his service time just fine and it was about 30 minutes in all.

As far as I can tell, it turned out fine. I have no reason to believe it did not. I still have a squeak, but he told me he didn't know exactly where the squeak was. He replaced parts and things, but he thought the squeak might really be in the box, which is not included in the service part, but the door is working fine. I wish the squeak was gone, but he told me ahead of time he wasn't sure he could find that. The parts that he was doing was not responsible for that. I guess their price was fair for what he did, but I have nothing to compare it to.

Prompt, efficient, clean, thorough. Explained what he was doing, indicated possible need for new main spring in future.

The provider was on time and professional. They did the job as stated in the Big Deal that we purchased. We were very satisfied with the results.

I purchased one of the "Big Deals" to replace a broken garage door. Scott was assigned to replace it and he was very professional and easy to work with during this process. Would use them again and highly recommended!

It went perfectly. The door is super quiet and I am very much enjoying the key pad. The service person was very polite answered all of my questions and did an great job. All in all it was a very smooth and would use them again if another problem arose.

Scott called about 30 minutes before he arrived, was timely, friendly and I felt like I could trust him being in my garage alone. He was patient with me when I would ask questions and was knowledgeable about the product. If there was something he wasn't sure of, he made a call to his boss and had an answer in no time at all. Everything works well and I am very pleased with the product. I would definitely recommend this company!

They were able to get me an appointment right away. They showed up on time. We discussed some extra work that needed to be done replacing badly rusted springs), which they did at that appointment so I would not have to pay extra for a service at another time. They did everything quickly and efficiently. The gentleman that did the work was professional, courteous and friendly. I would hire them again and I highly recommend them.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. I can speak very, very highly of them. We got a new door and they did a fine job. There was some kind of a malfunction and they came right out and fixed it. The $89 was to come and inspect our existing door which we'd gotten when we got the house. It's over 20 years old and so we fully expected that we would need a new garage door and we did. They were here when they said they would be. They did the inspection and then we discussed that we needed a new door which was not a surprise and they did a very good job installing it. They cleaned up after themselves. They were just fine.

Great service! I submitted a request for service late Sunday night and received a call Monday morning. They were there by 10:30 that Monday and done within an hour. They also replaced old springs that needed to be replaced as well.

They performed the job, just as I had ordered.
