I think this transaction went very smoothly. From the time i got the call after purchasing my coupon til they were finished installing i fully understood what was going on. The entire process was explained to me and they didn't try to price gouge or start adding on problems that didn't need to be fixed. He came straight in and got to work. My new garage door was installed and functioning within an hour of him showing up. It runs smoothly and quietly and i don't have to worry about my garage door being unsecured whenever i'm not home anymore. Everything went extremely well. Andrew responded to my voice mail message promptly and scheduled Justin the following day. Justin arrived on time (calling first when he was on the way), quickly identified the problem, and repaired it. Service was professional, friendly, and, to date, successful. They are now my "go to" garage door fixers.

The guy was polite, but said that the motor tension was not tight enough. He tightened it and told me it would cost about $400 to replace the entire unit. Two weeks later it broke again and another company came out and replaced the gear sprocket assembly to solve the problem. It cost $143. All I got for my $100 deal was a $17 wireless remote.

Excellent! I called about a deal they had on Angies List and it turned out it wasn't what I wanted/needed. HOWEVER, I got a discount on the product and installation on the item I did want/need just because I found them on Angies List! Daniel came out to take a look at our old door (and it was old!!) and we expected to have to replace the whole thing. It was a one-piece door that opened with spring hinges and the door opener was the inital one that was installed when the house was built in 1981. Previous owners used the garage for storage and used the door manually and only when they needed to. Essentially, we got a whole new door installed and Daniel came out and did all on his own. The door runs perfectly and I can't be any happier with the products and service. Highly recommend these guys for a new door install.

It was way over priced for what I needed them to do. He told me to get some oil. He did a good job and was there when he was supposed to be. I will not by a package like that again. I did not need everything that was in the package. He explained what he was doing and showed me how to do it, so that I can do it myself in the future. I would not have been able to straighten out the door. He did both doors. I would use them again.

The job went fine. The contractor was friendly. He was punctual. Although he neglected to reset or rescrew something on the operating machine, which caused some concern several days later when it did not function. However, a quick call to them and 2 hours later, the contractor arrived and fixed the problem.

It went well and our garage door works great now!

Excellent service, the tech came to my house and installed new rollers which greatly reduced the noise my garage door made while opening and closing. He also fixed a kink (bend) in the metal framework that the door glides on, and it was included in the cost. Excellent service once again S.D Door Pros, and it only took him approximately 30 mins.

Once I contacted them I told them I needed someone to come out that day because I could not open my garage and they were able to send out a technician. The service went well. He did what I needed to have done.

I called to schedule the appointment and he made the first date I requested work, I was shocked because it was within a few days. He was very professional. The technician was neat, polite and knowledgeable. He told me what the next repair would be and when I should do it by.

They were unable to complete the repair as we had hoped, so we used the value on another project. They gave us the info to complete our repair and a new price and completed the job.

They came out and did what they said they would do. The garage door works great now.

Excellent service was provided. The technician showed up right on time, diagnosed the problem and then quickly and efficiently fixed the door, and did the routine maintenance that was needed.

Replaced broken garage door spring and die lube/adjust.

He did a great job and i ended up replacing the spring and eventually purchased a quiet garage door opener. (I scheduled this another time.) I was very impressed with Justin. Everyone was very professional and really cared about getting everything right. i was very impressed with how well they worked.
