Description of Work: The technician came out and replaced the rollers on the garage and added a key pad. It did not take him very long and he described all that he had done. He seemed to be a very nice person. I am pleased with the work.

Description of Work: This company was a no show. No sevice date, I could not submit without a date there.

Description of Work: Door springs broke. Andrew came out the same day, on time and replaced both springs. He suggested that we upgrade to a stonger spring as we have had this problem in the past. I was very happy with the work done and no extra charge for the upgrade. I'm happy to tell anyone who might need door service how happy I am with Door Pro's.

Description of Work: Due to the large response caused by the Big Deal special, scheduling an appointment took several emails, but the result was well worth the wait. The technician was courteous, professional and quick. All work was done well withinn an hour. All rollers were replaced, screw drive was luubricated and hinges were tightened. Operation of the garage door is now silent! I would highly recommend this company to my friends.

Description of Work: Andrew was very thoughtful about calling prior to his arrival. He explained what he was going to do, and did it! He lubricated all the garage door hinges and replaced the rollers. It was comforting to hear the door is in good shape and now continues to run smoothly. I would not hesitate to contact him again for any issue pertaining to the garage door.

Description of Work: We were introduced to Door Pros from Angie's List "special deals" and we were extremely satisfied with the results. Our garage door has not worked for over a year and we've had a few folks come out in the past to discuss repairs. A last estimate said we should replace the garage door for a cost of $1200.00....well Door Pros took care of it in a few hours. Thanks Angie and Thanks Door Pros!

Description of Work: We called the service because we wanted the quiet roller replacement but the technician told us that what we had was better that what he could offer. Therefore very little accomplished with visit. Since the service was prepaid, there was nothing we could do. I guess in these circumstances a reduced price for visit will have make sense but with prepaid services this is difficult.

He also made an adjustment so that when we open the hatchbacks on our SUVs, they don't bump into the the bottom of the garage door when it's open. Much appreciated! Description of Work: Andrew Sunseri (the owner/manager) came and gave me his assessment and my options to fix our door problem. I chose what I wanted and he fixed the door and had it working smooth as butter within an hour. Great service and he very friendly. I am now considering them for replacing our garage door panels with a different look to match the rest of our landscaping and design.

Description of Work: I had problems with my garage door opener staying closed. Whenever I tried to close it with the remote, it would hit the bottom and raise up again. I tried several adjustments to no avail. When I explained the problem to Willis Jared, it took him about a minute to make two adjustments and the door worked perfectly. After using silicone spray on some areas, the door is now very quiet on opening and closing.
