WOW! I didn't think it was possible. Jeff and his crew showed up to save what was basically a trashed carpet. I was ready to rip it up, toss it out and have it replaced. I was simply amazed at how Jeff worked his magic. Not only was he able to seamlessly patch in the worn areas, he removed a majority of the stains and traffic wear. I was really impressed with Jeff's knowledge, his professionalism and his fair price. I will use Jeff again and highly recommend his service to anyone. My husband purchased an Angie's list coupon for 3 rooms for $99 for a rental property he owns. He later decided that the carpets in the rental were too shot to try to clean, so we decided to use the coupon on our home. As someone else mentioned, they don't vacuum first which is kind of surprising. The parts of the carpet that were cleaned look ok but some areas that were a bit dirty didn't come fully clean -surprising on carpet that is only 2 years old, in a house with only 2 people, one cat and no kids i.e. they just weren't that dirty. The main reason for my low rating is that they moved virtually nothing, they just cleaned around stuff, which has not been my experience with other providers. I can understand why maybe you would not move things that were extremely heavy, but I forgot to pick the cat's dish on his little place-mat and they cleaned around that without moving it, and two small nightstands were not moved. On the plus side the carpets dried very quickly and were almost completely dry by nighttime. I think the take home message for me is that the Angie's List coupons aren't a great idea. If you read reviews for other services many of the complaints people have about providers stem from misunderstandings about the services included with a coupon. In addition good service providers deserve to be well paid for ther work, and these coupons mean that they are paid less. I can mean that a normally good service provider would rush a job.

Jeff arrived with his assistant within the window he promised. I had to leave for an appointment and Jeff offered to lock up when he was done and I left a check for his services. I was thrilled when I returned home to see the excellent job he had done- getting out severe stains on several carpets and repairing two areas without any additional charge. My only regret is that I wasn't there to compliment him personally when he was done but hope this review will bring him many new customers!

Arrived on time and completed in timely manner. Did not vacuum carpet prior to cleaning saying that it was not necessary. Re-did areas that were pointed out as not being completely cleaned. No up charges pushed. Good value for the $$.

Jeff was excellent. The carpets we wanted cleaned were pretty dirty, especially those on the stairs leading up to the main bedrooms. Jeff took his time to scrub out all the stains and dirt and worked very hard to make those carpets look new. I'm very happy to say he was successful, and will definitely utilize this company in the future for additional floor cleaning needs. Key points: 1) Arrived on time (At the exact time we agreed and not one of those "sometime in the 3 hours between 8am-11am appts I've had to deal with others") 2) Very attentive to detail, worked every spot and fiber. 3) Easy to work with 4) Great price considering all the work performed I was on the fence about replacing the carpet on the stairs but Jeff was able to get them looking new again saving me a big headache on replacement costs and install logistics.

Very happy with cleaning and repair services performed. Will certainly call again next year for an annual clean!

My experience with San Diego Carpet Repair & Cleaning went well. They're very responsive. They were prompt. Their prices were competitive.

They were amazing and awesome. Mike and Pete were just awesome. They did meticulous work. They are very clean and quick. They did both pair of carpeting, cleaned it and I have never seen it look so great. It looks like new. It has those little holes in it and I told him and it looked fabulous, like brand new.

After reading a previous review I contacted San Diego Carpet Repair & Cleaning and spoke with Jeff. I explained to him that the carpet in our master bedroom needed to be stretched. He went over his billing policy and I scheduled an appointment for him to come out and take care of the problem. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time and in a short time had the carpet stretched and looking as good as it did when it was new. My husband and I were very pleased with Jeff's knowledge and professionalism and will definitely contact him again in the future if the need arises.

Called in AM and confirmed job. Arrived a few minutes early. Went over the work areas to be done. Gave me a firm price. The repair work was excellent and they did some extra at no additional charge. Carpets look great. Will use them again in the future. I have paid less but the job wasn't done as well. They took their time and went over everything before they left. They really wanted to make sure I was happy with the quality of their work. I am. They instructed me to call them if I had any concerns in the future.

San Diego Carpet Repair & Cleaning did a phenomenal job at cleaning the carpet in my home. It was done in a professional and efficient manner. The quality of work was better than I'd ever seen and it only took about an hour to clean my living room and two bedrooms. They were able to remove the stains on our carpet that were there from when we moved into our home. The carpet truly looked better than it did when we moved in two years prior. I would recommend this company to anyone who's looking to refresh their home with some clean carpets.
