The windows looked good. The one scrren was repaired. But I have never seen my screens again. $200 to replace! They never completed the job but I wasn't going to let them in my house anyway! The person that came to my door to collect the money was very "strung out." And asked me for payment in full even though the job was not completed. Because "there were bills to be paid." He also asked me to leave the To: line blank. I know I should have known better than to pay them "in full" but I felt bad because I was sick and that was why I did not let them clean the inside.
Description of Work: Cleaned windows from outside. Repired one screen. Took (2) screens with them to repair "in their shop." Commtted to bring them back the following Monday when they came back to do the insides of the windows.
