I am usually generous in my reviews when companies and staff are ethical and provide a valuable service. (See my other reviews.) Unfortunately, this is a negative review. In my experience and opinion, this company is a SCAM! I thought I would pay $99 for a diagnosis of my AC problem so that I can have cool air restored during a heat wave. Instead, rather than diagnose the specific problem, they used it for a sales pitch, and to tell me why my ENTIRE system needs to be replaced to the tune of $15,000 to $20,000. The time spent "diagnosing" was actually an opportunity for the tech to take pictures that he would use in a presentation to try to alarm and scare us. One of the pictures, if you can handle this, was of spiderwebs. I know! We were terrified! And, can you believe, some parts of our system had rust! RUST people!!! I have someone coming today to fix the system. My advice is to stay away from these charlatans! I wasted $99 so that you don't have to. Finally, after his "inspection," the technician left my furnace with seals broken. He tore the insulation tape and bent the sheet metal while removing the cover. When he was done, he didn't bother to re-seal with tape. He left it with air gushing out of those openings. After he left I had to call him back to fix it. He did, but rather than apologize his initial response was "I have before and after pictures of your system." Good luck if you decide to go with this company. You have been informed.

Installed in one day and if I had any questions or concerns, they were quick to reply and resolve issue.

The service was through, friendly, and professional. We just bought the house and the equipment hadn't been serviced in a long time. Mold was removed and a U/V light installed, in addition to the standard service. Everything seems clean and the air smells fresh again. Extra filters were provided for us to use before the next 6-month scheduled service.

Swapped out the ole’ AC for a brand new unit. High regards from all referral sources. Great employees and even better attitudes.

Good. The problem I had with the heating/air conditioning was fixed by the last technician that was assigned by Same Day Heating & Air Conditioning.

Very long. 3+ hours. Suppose to be routine servicing. Turned out to be just diagnostic. Long list of things to repair. Had another company review and a lot less repairs recommended. I felt like it was a come on to make sales.

Same Day Heating and Air did a fantastic job. They removed the old unit and installed a new one in one day. Thy also took care of the permits and inspection process. I was pleased by the professionalism and great service.

Technician was prompt, courteous, and thorough.

I never give reviews but Same Day Heating and Air Conditioning absolutely deserves one, From Start to Finish they were professional, respectful and courteous. The Customer service Representative was accommodating with my busy schedule and was able to send a Tech out later than usual to meet me right after work which I was so grateful for since My kitten and I have been freezing!! I ended up running a little late but my technician Sean was understanding and was such a nice guy. Sean was professional,informative and thoroughly explained all my options to me without being pushy, I've had such bad experiences with Service companies in the past trying to pressure me into buying something or replacing something right away but he didn't do any of that. Hands down best Customer Service I've ever received. Same Day will always be my go to for any of my HVAC Needs. Thank You Same Day. My kitten and I Thank you!! We will never go anywhere else!! :)
