Description of Work: I would never go back to this place for service again. My computer is still not right. The owner is rude and condescending. He shouldn't be in business as his people skills are lacking! After what I paid his company I could have bought a new computer with no problems. Instead I still have a computer that is a "piece of you know" what and a wallet that is lacking funds!

 + -1 moreThe replacement was still covered under the warranty. They can work on all different models. They got the job done in about 48 hours. The technician was a nice guy. I have used them multiple times over the last 5 years.
Description of Work: They replaced the hard drive in our dell computer.

 + -1 moreThey were friendly and helpful and went to work right away on my computer. I was not pleased however because after it was fixed, my computer still kept shutting off. Finally, after the second try, it now works as it should.
