RT Roofing

I hired RT Roofing based on the referral from a fellow who had used him in flipping houses work and the $650 discount for paying cash. This job went well for 2 days then was the worst experience of any contractor I have hired. 30 feet of wood was replaced on the back second story edge. When I inspected the work there was a 4 inch nail bent and pounded into the flat side of the wood (I have photos). Mr. Tomeoni's son was the worker said "the nail bent and it was hard to get out". I asked that this ledger board be re-replaced or that I not be charged. I was told I was being ridiculous that it was "an honest mistake". I did nonetheless pay for this beam replacement. When it came time to do the boots around the vent stacks, the areas were not masked off, so there is chocolate brown overspray on the very light tan/white shingles (I have photos). I was told I was being "too picky". This job was to be completed in 2 days. It took 6. The crews showed up late and not at all on 1 day. After complaining about these two instances I was told that I could no longer pay cash and therefore had to pay the $650 additional. The last thing is that when Mr. Tomeoni came to do the estimate I told him that it was already a re-roof and had to be ripped down to the plywood. When he presented his invoice he had an additional fee for second layer removal (approx $400). He did not end up charging me for this, but it goes to his integrity, I think.
