My experience with them went well. Their price was fair. They were prompt, thorough and they were very professional. They also followed up. I think they are a good resource but unfortunately I hired somebody that seemed to be a better value.

Excellent experience all around for both engagements!!! In our first meeting with David, we were impressed with his landscaping knowledge. He recognized issues in our yard and often had multiple options to offer to us. He was able to bring in someone from the San Diego Zoo to remove the giant bird of paradise trunks; apparently, the elephants love to eat these, so we were happy to see them go to a good cause vs. going to the dump. One of David's best services is how he presents recommendations for landscape design. He took pictures of our house and yard during his first visit and talked to us about the colors and types of plants we prefer. He then mocked up several options on his computer, with pictures of actual plants imposed on top of the pictures of our and quot;beforeand quot; yard. These mock-ups were tremendously helpful to us in selecting plants, and also in confirming that David really listened and responded to our thoughts and needs. For the shower re-caulking, we had tried to have our issue fixed a few years ago with a different handyman, but continued to have problems with caulking due to a loosened shower pan. As soon as David saw the shower, he immediately had a solution to first apply an adhesive under the shower pan before re-caulking. Thus far, his solution seems to be working! David provided a detailed estimate in advance, which we found to be reasonably priced as compared to a previous landscaper that we used. Most notably - the actual charges were EXACTLY what he estimated - no overages at all. This is true for both engagements. (On the second engagement, he had estimated a couple more hours than he actually worked, and so he reduced the final fee accordingly.) David (and his helpers, when applicable) always arrived on time. He is very professional and courteous. David is also very trustworthy - he know what he knows, and knows when to call in other experts to handle tasks outside of his capabilities or available time. I highly, highly recommend David for landscaping and handyman tasks!

David responded promptly to my inquiry, showed up when he said he would (that was very important to me) and began the work when he promised. I think the job entailed more hours than he originally thought, but he completed everything, working into the evening hours several times. The quality of the work was very good, his friendly attitude easy to work with and he had sometimes a very helpful and friendly female assistant who was great! I would recommend the company and would hire them again.
