I'm not sure why this customer wrote what he did. Here is the timeline from our records: May 18, 2009 @ 07:37AM Customer called, and work order for evaluation and quote generated. May 19, 2009 @ 04:44PM Our company emailed write-up for evaluation with quote performed earlier that day. May 19, 2009 @ 05:21PM Customer emailed to accept quote and request earliest date available for work. May 21, 2009 @ 08:30AM Our company emailed to reply that the office person had been out sick the previous day, that the earliest available date would be May 26, 2009, and to reply if that was okay. Nothing further was heard from this customer. Please note that we're not claiming to be perfect, but based on this timeline we do not believe his characterization is either fair or accurate. However, even though the quote we provided is from 2009, in the interest of customer service we would be willing to honor our price for that same description of work.
