+ -1 moreMy experience was frustrating and awful because he did not produce the watch or bracelet. The watch is gone. It was embarassing and frustrating. We could not reach agreement no resolve to the problem, he was screaming at me. He called me a liar. He offered me a $500 store credit, but I refused it. It was a family antique which meant a lot to me. Buyer beware--he will rip you off.
Description of Work: Lost my platinum diamond antique watch that he was supposed to make into a bracelet.
