Arrived on time. Quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced a single outlet. He was in and out in 30 minutes. I am a little disappointed I was not offered the 26% off first project discount. I know prices are high, but I thought $300 was a bit much for a 30 minute job.

I had 2 phone conversations with Rob to schedule our in home estimate of our desired electrical work, he was very polite during these conversations. On the day of our scheduled estimate, Rob called 45 minutes before our scheduled time and asked how we planned to compensate him for his time to provide the estimate. His demeanor was far different from our original conversations, during which he had never mentioned a cost for the estimate. This unprofessional and sleazy business tactic prompted me to uninvited him to our home. There is a way to inform clients about a cost for your estimate services, this is not it.

My boyfriend found this business from a $25 off coupon. He called about a few outlets that weren't working and a lady told him over the phone that the minimum service fee is $200. 2 guys came and found the breaker switch appeared off but was not fully switched off, and nothing needed replacing. The work done was equivalent to a free estimate. The technician mentioned an hourly rate of less than $200 per hour, but did not know what to charge me. The technician contacted his supervisor and came back with a quote of $300. I told him the lady said $200 on the phone and he made a call to try to lower the price because even he admitted it was pricy for such a short time. He said he could only get it down to $250 and that I could call the owner to sort out the payment. The lady who told my boyfriend $200 calls me to collect the $250. First she denies that she ever said $200 and that it was always a $300 minimum. Then when I mention the $25 off coupon for the first time, she says they don't do coupons! When I tell her I'm staring right at it, she asks where I found it. I tell her it's in this month's local newsletter. She has a side conversation and then says the $250 was including the coupon...she didn't even know it existed until I told her! I ended up paying $250 to end the senseless conversation and get them off my back. I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau. Hard to find a company that cares less about its customers. The fact that they couldn't even hold true to a $25 coupon says it all.

Rob's installed a 240V outlet for EV charging in my garage. I have had 2 other charging stations installed in other homes so I have a good idea of what it should cost. Within an hour of putting out a quote, Rob came to my house to inspect the scope of work. He gave me an estimate for labor and materials that was much more reasonable than other local services. And he wasn't pushy. The job was completed within 2 days! His crew is punctual, clean, professional and they were respectful of my time and home. If we ever ran into issues with supplies or materials the issues were sorted very quickly. This is going to be my go-to service for electrical work from now on.

After detailed conversations about the project and agreement . And assigned an date and time . They didn’t show up . I use Angi to avoid such problems and it is no difference . I take time off from work and they don’t bother to call . I think Angi should not allow such companies to services their customers other wise Angi will suffer with the poor quality services .

Needed to diagnose a mechanical chime interface to a new Ring Gen 3 DoorBell. Pervious Ring Pro Gen 1 worked fine, but died after 5 years. Rob was smart, efficient and worked directly with Ring to sort it out. In our, we were on our way.

I went with another installer Rob showed up was extremely rude extremely short told the workers that I had went with who showed up promptly what the f*** were they doing here and then told the existing workers to charge the s*** out of me as he walked off the job site Rob was very rude and unprofessional I WOULDN'T recommend this company.

Initially stared well however there were problems routing switch wiring which required cutting a section of ceiling drywall. This added an additional 33% to original estimate which I was ok with. However the drywall repair was poor and needed to be redone. Three broken appointments and still not finished. I had words with owner about inconvenience of waiting and he shot back he was having a bad day and in a “bad” mood. I thought I was the customer. I’m getting some else to finish the drywall.

If I need electrical work in the future, I’ll be calling Rob’s Electrical Services. Rob was the first to respond to my search on Angi, and even though I wasn’t expecting anybody to agree to do this work on a Sunday, Rob arrived as promised, 20 minutes after our phone call. Super friendly, super professional, and didn’t waste any time getting to work. Rob is a nice guy, hard worker, and a great story-teller to boot! The job overall went well. We love the new LED pot lights and not having the old recessed florescent lighting. We had a issue with the texture, but Rob took care of it without issue. The job turned out great.

Great. Rob is great and so is his team. Great ideas. Super flexible. The team was polite, professional, neat, quick, and wore masks. We were able to do our work and home meetings while they overhauled our ancient 2 prong outlets from 1961 to 3-prong or 3-prong + USB. The outdoor lights give us a whole new living space at night! The old dark hallway is now the bright heart of the house. Totally recommend Rob and his awesome team.
