Finding out you have mold is stressful. As I started my research, I quickly learned how much fraud is out there in this industry. I eventually turned to friends hoping for a recommendation and I was steered toward Risk Free my a property manager that deals with these issues all the time. Wow! I cannot tell you how impressed I am with them! They came out right away. They answered all my calls and texts within moments. They have contractors they are willing to use and coordinate for any unexpected issues that they don't personally handle. It was unbelievably stress free and surprisingly fast and efficient. I worked with Omar and Scott. They were incredibly kind and patient with all my questions, I literally felt like I had a personal friend on the job! I highly recommend this company. I had water damage in both my basement and in an upstairs closet due to heavy rains and a roof leak. A representative came to my house the day I initially made contact, the bid they gave me was competitive with others I had received, and the team was able to start work the same day. One aspect of the job was removing drywall and insulation in my master closet. Rather than ask me to clean the whole thing out, they took the painstaking steps of masking off all unaffected areas with plastic, and when they finished the job my closet looked pristine. There wasn't a spect of dust anywhere. Every time someone came to my house to do demo or check on the drying process they were professional and polite. I received updates on the work every step of the way. Needing water remediation is something no one wants to have to deal with, but these guys were an absolute pleasure to work with, and I would hire them again without hesitation.

The owner was very knowledgeable, good customer service, very patient, and professional. They fixed the problem and the whole environment is safe again.

Got a very quick reply to my inquiry (even though it was about 9p) and setup an appointment for the next morning. Mohamad arrived on time and was very professional. In addition to providing a detailed explanation of everything he inspected, he also included a video of the affected areas to help explain his findings. I am always wary of "inspection services" and fear that they will recommend addressing non-issues and/or exaggerating an issue to make more money. Mohamad was honest and gave me some recommendations that I could do on my own to address the issues. I will have no hesitation calling Mohamad and Risk Free Services for any future home inspection / remediation needs.

During the recent big storm in San Diego, the water seeped through the walls in my townhouse and caused a lot of damage. I searched online for a company to take care of the problem and Risk Free Services was the first company that came to my sight. They showed up within the hour. They assessed the damage and gave me a walk through of what they would be doing to handle the issue. They quickly went to work to extract all of the water within the house. They went above and beyond to check every spot in the house to ensure water damage did not extend to the unit next me. I was astounded on how quickly they had the flooring replaced for me. I was so much in relief to know that the flood damage was resolved so quickly. Their presentation was very professional and efficient!

These guys are very efficient and professional. They got a lot of work done in a small amount of time. Omar and Mohamed, Jeffrey and Robert are excellent workers thank you guys. They kept track of their work and updated me with everything even kept me updated with pictures because I asked. I’m very happy with the finished result my home is safe to live in thanks to these guys.

Mohamad and Omar are great. Helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They try to find the problem early and either suggest ways you can fix it or offer their services. I like their approach and how they treat you. I recommend them.

My experience with Omar and Mohamad of Risk Free Serv is same as all the posts. Absolutely positive and reassuring and beyond my expectations. The job itself was challenging. They completed the job better than I had thought possible. Along the way, they guided me through the insurance claims process, which I had zero knowledge of and no experience with. I wish them all the success because they really deserve it through their hard work, their endeavor to know and understand clients’ needs, their totally professional and empathetic manner with their clients.

How do you know the company you're hiring has your best interest in mind? I mean, how do you know they really care? When a pipe burst in my house, I knew there might be mold. And I knew Mohamad Bailouni would be the person to go to at Risk Free Serv. He's a leading industry expert and a good friend, so I would be in good hands. As it turned out, the HOA covered the mold remediation, which was good news. The bad news was I couldn't choose the company - and the HOA already had a contract with a mold remediation company. But that didnt stop Moh from helping me out. Knowing there was no way I could give him my business, Moh still traveled 120 miles to my house and back to check on the work being done. He advised me over several phone calls, not just about mold remediation, but insurance and reconstruction. That's when you know someone cares about their clients - Moh had nothing to gain from giving me consults and making sure my house was being taken care of, but he did it anyway. He cared about his clients, he cared about the environment, and he has a conscience. As it turns out, there's another mold issue in my home that the HOA doesn't cover... need I say more? Obviously I'm going to Risk Free Serv and Mohamad Bailouni.

Risk Free Ser completed a free inspection, and I was very pleased that I didn’t have any major mold issues in my new home. Their inspectors were on time, professional, and detail-oriented. They took the time to explain to me what they were doing and the outcome of the results. If I have any issues, they'll be the first company i call.

I called Risk Free Serv to perform a free mold inspection since I was smelling a musty smell in my apartment. They were very friendly over the phone and they scheduled a time for the free estimate same day which was great. They came in and performed a full inspection to check if I had a mold problem. They found the seal around the bathroom sink broken and it was leaking into the vanity. Since we caught it early only the vanity doors were damaged and they recommended a simple replacement of the door and they didn't charge us anything. Great and honest company I would definitely call them again if needed.
