I called Risk Free Serv to perform a free mold inspection since I was smelling a musty smell in my apartment. They were very friendly over the phone and they scheduled a time for the free estimate same day which was great. They came in and performed a full inspection to check if I had a mold problem. They found the seal around the bathroom sink broken and it was leaking into the vanity. Since we caught it early only the vanity doors were damaged and they recommended a simple replacement of the door and they didn't charge us anything. Great and honest company I would definitely call them again if needed.
