 + -1 moreWent very smoothly. Richard was highly recommended by a handyman I found on the list. He came to give an estimate - we discussed my vision and ways to make it fit into my budget. Once work started Richard showed up promptly every day and worked very hard to keep my only bathroom as functional as possible thru the process (though I did need to shower at the gym for a few weeks). His work was very professional and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Richard was great with his communications, keeping me informed on what he was working on and was very helpful in resolving some minor issues encountered during the project.
Description of Work: Bathroom remodel: remove all existing fixtures (tub, tile, vanity, window) and install new shower pan, tile walls and floor, install vanity, lighting, shower door,, exhaust fan, and re-texture walls,

handyman service, replacement windows
 + 0 moreRichard took out the window, put in longer screws, caulked, put in a wood preservative, repainted, etc. Richard did excellent work and we were very pleased with the results. We liked the fact that Richard chose the least expensive solution to the problem. We would highly recommend him.
Description of Work: We hired Richard to repair a bedroom window that was leaking.
