Description of Work: Rex Downing served as both seller's agent on our existing home and buyer's agent on our new home. Rex and all his associates provided services in a completely professional manner, handling a rather complex sale/purchase in a timely manner while also providing us with a lot of information about our new home and neighborhood. A particular bonus in having Rex as our agent was having his entire team completely involved in both our sale and our purchase - no matter who in the office we talked to, everyone was knowledgeable and involved with our transaction. Highly recommended!
