Dean, my sales rep has gone 'above and beyond' thus far in the process. Knowledgeable, articulate, forthright, he showed up on time and worked through the process of new door lights and 2 sets of french doors. Then came out again to answer questions and go over my quote. The measure appointment w/Luis also went well with Dean in attendance to explain and field questions. All in all, a very positive experience.

Sold us on the fact that they have a local office that we could drive to for customer service support. Installers took longer than promised due to too small of a team. The installers broke several roof tiles which lead to our project left open for more than 60 days. We've called, emailed and visited the office several times and have been escalated to a supervisor without callback. No one is ever in the office, call center "escalates" the issue, and noting happens. For those looking into financing I would not recommend. Read the fine print as this financing puts a lien on your home that does not allow you to refinance or sell your home unless your lender requests a subordination and that's if you ever receive your certificate of completion, which I am still waiting on.

What a pleasure it was to work with Andersen. From sales to measuring to install every contact was professional and positive. The installation was the smoothest home project I think we've ever done. Can't recommend them enough

We chose Renewal by Andersen of Greater San Diego in December of 2021 to build and install new replacement windows for practically our entire house. (total of 21 windows). We researched several different window manufacturers and installers (including Pella, Andersen (new construction-type windows), Marvin, Milgard and others. Although Renewal By Andersen was EXPENSIVE, we felt the design, construction, and features of their windows (mostly large glider windows) as well as their installation technique (installed in a stucco house) best fit what we wanted. The sales rep. arranged for me to meet with one of their lead installers, Steve, and a technical consultant in their office to go over the installation process and options. We were particularly impressed that they employ all of their own installation crews and that they manage the whole process, including financing. Build time was quoted at 14-16 weeks and actually took approximately 17 weeks due to high demand. We delayed installation until mid-August due to travel plans. Installation was just completed in late August '22. The professionalism and process of the installation crew was superb! The crew leader, Jonathan L. and his crew member Toby P. are particularly to be commended for their teamwork and attention to my needs and concerns. Their helper, Sam, was also extremely careful in making sure the work areas were sealed off with plastic and floors covered completely where ever they worked. After the 1st day, it became apparent that installation was going to take longer than initially estimated and additional crew members were added. Thanks to Adrian, Juan, and others for their help and expertise. The installation took 5 days (as planned) with 4-5 crew members/day. The crew was very accommodating and offered to help with moving furniture, if we needed help. Everything was picked up every night. Another feature we weren't even aware of - Renewal By Andersen also employs their own painters that come following the job and provide paint/labor to paint anything disturbed, inside & out. Jose H. did and exceptional job on the finish painting details. We couldn't be happier with the finished result. The appearance and function of the windows exceeds our expectations. We have noticed significantly less heat gain in the house as well as much less outside noise. And particularly, we are amazed by the near invisibility of their TruScene screens. We feel that this purchase made a significant upgrade to our home that we will enjoy for the next 20-30 years. If I had to be critical of anything, my sales rep. left the company shortly after I signed the contract and no one else contacted me to take over managing the process. I had to initiate future contacts, but everything came together.

Even though there was one problem, the installation team was able to solve it quickly and quickly rearranged their schedule so they could still finish our job on time. They were always able to answer our questions and very polite and willing to do so. They were organized and cleaned up each area after finishing that installation. Great installation team.

It was a long wait - 4 months, but well worth it. Everything is measured and custom built. The installation crew was considerate of our property and showed up on time all four days. They were friendly, knowledgeable and good communicators. The crew cleaned up after themselves each day. It's an expensive project, but I don't mind paying for quality

Renewal by Anderson did an AMAZING job from start to finish. I have so much gratitude for the installation team, led by Bebe and Carlos. They provided the highest level of service and the quality of work was impeccable.

We are very pleased with the windows RBA just installed for us. The quality is excellent and their crew was a pleasure to work with. Punctual, everything was kept clean and you wouldn't even know they had done work if you didn't notice the beautiful new windows. Very pleased.

Renewal by Anderson are by far the best quality windows I have seen. The widows are a step up in price but you get what you pay for with Anderson and best of all they’re made in my husband's hometown, go Wisconsin! Bebe and Carlos did our installation and I could not be happier. I had to work during the install and always came home to a clean house. Bede and Carlos obviously took a lot of pride in their work. I’m very happy with my Renewal by Anderson windows. The entire experience, from the salesperson to the installers has been OUTSTANDING! The installers were among the best I’ve experienced. Bede and Carlos were always on time and had great customer service. Their meticulous attention to detail was greatly appreciated. They were very considerate of the customer's property, always covering the floor with drop cloths and cleaning up at the end of the day. This is our second window installation with Renewal By Anderson. We had an outstanding experience our first time around, and today our much anticipated installation of two very large stationary windows took place. Bebe and Ryan were our installers for this job. They were awesome!! They were friendly, they were prompt, and they even helped me figure out how to contact Anderson about a window screen that has been damaged by my landscapers. I very much appreciated their professionalism and their extra attention to detail. I highly recommend Renewal by Anderson for replacement windows. Thanks Bebe and Ryan, you guys are the best!!!

To say that my experience with Renewal By Anderson has been phenomenal at literally every stage of the process would be an understatement. My wife and I did our research and had several window replacement companies over to our home to give their pitch, present their options, and provide their estimates. While impressive, none of them particularly stood out except when it came to price and minor amenities. Then we had RBA come in and, wow, the competition was blown *entirely* out of the water. RBA is the leader in the industry, bar none, and for all the right reasons. RBA was not the least expensive by any means, but for a major project like replacing 14 windows that range from small bathroom to 7 1/2foot wide by nearly 6feet tall livingroom window, we knew that this was as significant an investment as a room addition or kitchen remodel. We didn’t want the standard vinyl window sandwich swap out, we wanted what should have been installed in the first place, and RBA not only delivered on that promise, they exceeded every expectation. And one of the first signs that our experience going forward would be fantastic is that we were told it would take anywhere from 12-14weeks before the windows were manufactured/shipped and available for installation. RBA called to schedule the installation in less than half that time. And this is where I get to gush about our installers, Bebe & Ryan. Bebe & Ryan aren’t disinterested contractors, they are RBA employees who very much understand that they are the functional face of RBA and they take that very seriously. They were professional, efficient, courteous, and respectful. Actually, they were all that and more, they were also very friendly and cool, and they went far above and beyond the call of duty in every way. I literally cannot imagine how they could have done any better given how entirely delighted and blown away I am with the results of their efforts. They even managed to do the job in three days vice the four days that had been scheduled for our work, and they even identified several repairs/touch-ups that needed to be done and did them as a matter of professional courtesy. Keep in mind, they didn’t just remove glass and tear out vertical supports, they literally uninstalled the old windows down to the architectural structure, installed weather-proofing superior to what was originally in place, installed the new windows, then an additional layer of weather-proofing. These windows aren’t just a replacement, they are huge upgrades to the entire house. Bebe & Ryan are an awesome team and I highly recommend that they be specifically requested as your installation team. And given the fantastic warranty that is part of the whole RBA package, it’s likely that we may have to have additional work done (gardeners’ mower throws rock and cracks a window, full replacement fully covered) and if/when that happens we absolutely will specifically request Bebe & Ryan.

I felt very comfortable with both of them. They kept me informed of everything they were doing and the progress. Both Ivans always took time to answer any and all questions I had. 12/10 would definitely work with them and this company as a whole again.

Moral of the story with these people, is get everything IN WRITING they promise you. Renewal Andersen is horrible to deal with and I wish I had gone with a different window company. It all began with the sales person (Jennifer) who promised all sorts of things, but never fulfilled any of it. In addition, she gave us wrong information. As an example, she said we'd get a 3D images once we signed the contract which was exciting to us and helpful to get an idea of what our windows/sliding door would look like, but NEVER received. We kept asking and everyone was confused and had no idea what we were asking for. The sales person (Jennifer) also said our beautiful counter stone (quartzite) would need to be cut into which we were not thrilled BUT she assured her installation people did it all the time and knew what they were doing. That was misinformation because once the measuring person came out he said no such thing needed to happen. However, he came out AGAIN another day, and this time it was a totally different story. This time the stone would need to be cut and WE would have to pay for it. Needless to say we were upset b/c we didn't know what to believe at this point so we began to deal with "Installation Manager" (Michael), who also came to our home (4 visits now), and said there was not going to be any cutting of stone and that he would ensure all went smoothly moving forward. He Also "promised" us they would be handling the painting of the project even though they were trying to get out of the painting business because we had gone through so much at this point. When the scheduler (Bobbi) called to coordinate dates for the installation she booked me for a painting day, May 4, 2021. The installation of the windows/sliding doors was done this week and NOW I'm hearing from Michael, Installation Manager that they will not be handling the painting as he promised but if I wanted to pay $75 per hour they would send someone. This is not at all what we discussed just adding to the frustration AND why was I booked for painting if this was not going to be part of the project??? Once again the misinformation and promises happening. Also there were some unfinished (pictures attached) items left that the installers said were sent incorrectly by the manufacturer, including a transition piece that doesn't match the windows or my floors that Jennifer, the sales person said it would be done. I don't understand how Renewal can feel good about leaving these undone/unfinished. AND to make things worse, Michael, Installation manager refuses to take my calls and/or respond to my emails. We paid $15,000.00 to be treated in this manner. The only positive thing were the installers (Jose & Navil). Renewal is lucky to have them. Again, get things in writing before signing the contract because Renewal will not deliver, and as far as the quality of the windows/sliding door I would say "MEDIOCRE". Look elsewhere for your windows/sliding doors.

Renewal by Andersen was great to work with! The windows are beautiful, and the installers, Aaron/Greg were amazing. They were fast, efficient, cleaned up, and were very nice. I would highly recommend them.

We've recently decided to update our home with new windows in a phased approach (not all at once). We've always been impressed by Andersen Windows reputation for quality, and for their installation services, so this was a natural choice for us. We made our purchase decision and signed the paperwork in mid-March. Our account representative, Jennifer, is fantastic to work with; no pressure sales, very informative and professional, fully intent on helping us get the best! We've just this week enjoyed the "first installment" of this project, three new windows for the spare bedroom and a sewing-room in our single-level house. We were quoted lead-time and delivery in June, but Andersen managed to improve that time by several weeks, so here we are in mid-April with new windows installed already! Our installers were Carlos Sr. and Carlos Jr., a father/son team who work incredibly well together. They arrived on-time, and had checked-in with us by phone even as they were traveling to our home. Even though we're now Covid vaccinated, they were careful to introduce themselves in safety/face masks. They quickly outlined their installation process for us, and got to work promptly. They were tremendously efficient and professional in their installation work -- the old windows came out cleanly, and the new Andersen windows went in "fitting like a glove." They kept us posted on their progress throughout the morning, and they were finished by early afternoon. Their post-install clean-up was impeccable, and they took time to explain how the windows work, plus care and maintenance, before leaving. They brought good humor, plus total professionalism and excellent workmanship, to our project. We'll be requesting this father/son team, Carlos Sr+Jr, for future installations! All-in-all, a perfect first installation from Renewal by Andersen! RBA Miralani Dr crewmembers Victor & Jesus arrived by 8:30 am ready to immediately replace our huge front picture window, which they completed superbly with utmost care and precision; every word and movement extremely professional, careful, and precise. That they completed by 1:00 pm was a welcome surprise!

Bebe and Ryan did an excellent job with the installation! They were on time every day and always left the site clean at the end of each of the four days. They accomodated which area I needed done first so I could keep my foster cat out of the way and safe. We all wore masks and I felt very comfortable with them working in my home. My windows look wonderful and I would highly recommend Renewal by Andersen.

Terrific. They were prompt thorough and courteous. Their work was clean and neat and they were especially kind and solicitous of our cats.
