It went well. They were professional, courteous, and did a good job of cleaning. Their prices were fair, too.

They are very good and I would highly recommend them. I like that they focus on cleaning the bedding and bathrooms. Also, they bring all of their cleaning supplies and if you give them a referral, then you will get a free month of service.

I like that I have the same woman come in once a month to clean all bathrooms, bedrooms, make beds, clean floors. They do an awesome job. I would not have anyone else. They are great and very friendly.

This cleaning service is a disaster. They arrived more than 1 1/2 hr late even though they knew someone was meeting them there to let them in. They did not run the sweeper at all. After a full hour they had only wiped off shelves in kitchen cupboards and one was cleaning the top of the stove. They had sprinkled scouring powder all over the bathroom but had not made any attempt to clean it. They did not even use the broom to sweep along baseboards in kitchen. They did not wipe down cobwebs, clean windowsills, wipe off doors or cupboards. All but the last 20 minutes of their time was spent only in the kitchen repeatedly wiping off small counters. The last 20 minutes were used to do very minimal bathroom cleaning. They were impolite, lazy and obviously not interested in working.

They called Rene, and the response was very cold and unpleasant. I told them they were contracted for 4 hrs, and they said the place was small and they were finished. They asked if there was anything else they could do, but I didn't want to have to point out everything they could do. I gave them $17 apiece. I did not feel that I got what I asked for.

THE WORK PERFORMED BY RENEE'S WAS VERY SATISFACTORY, AND WE HAVE THEM COMING BACK ON A REGULAR BASIC TO CLEAN OUR HOUSE ALONG WITH OTHER CLEANING CHORES.

AS A LICENSED, BONDED HOUSECLEANING SERVICE, I APPRECIATE THEIR RELIABILITY AND IF THE SAME PERSON IS NOT AVAILABLE THE NEXT TIME I NEED SOMEONE, THEY HAVE OTHERS ON CALL --- IF TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE THEY WILL SEND A CREW OF TWO. IF SOMETHING IS NOT DONE RIGHT, THE OWNER IS VERY CARING TO HAVE IT REDONE OR SPEAK WITH THE CREW ON YOUR BEHALF TO MAKE IT RIGHT, AS NOT ALL WORKERS SPEAK ENGLISH.
