She knocks herself out doing the best job for us! We had to do some repair work and she helped us find people it would have taken us forever to find ourselves. She is a working fool. She did so much reasearch in trying to get us a good appraisal, which she did. We sold in the worst market ever! She is so knowledgeable and has workers that she can reccomend. You can get more than one bid, and she can help you with that. Because we were getting down to the wire with closing, she gave us workers who came quickly. If you called her and she didn't answer she would call you back within an hour or two. She is just a terrific, really hard working realtor. I would reccomend her to anyone! She went out of her way to organize and sent us the papers again so that we would have them for our income taxes - that was just beyond the call of duty.
