+ -1 moreCalled Pip on Monday morning. He offered to come same day but next day was better for us. On time, pleasant, work done in a timely manner. That's Pip! Reasonable has given us wonderful service for many years. Pip does a great job, is very skilled & we always enjoy our visits with him. We appreciate that he is always able to accommodate us when we have a plumbing problem.

+ -1 moreWhen I called the office to schedule the appointment I was given a 2 hour window. The plumber Dustin called me before in the morning to understand more fully what the problem was and gave me a more precise estimate of when he expected to arrive at that time. He showed up right when he said he would, and checked out the faucets and the parts I had on hand. We discussed the fact that if the cartridges didn't solve the problem, that I may need to replace the faucets. Dustin removed the old cartridges, cleaned the interior faucet body in preparation for the new cartridges, and then installed the new cartridges. He then tested to see if this solved the problem, which it did, and let me test it as well.
Description of Work: I've used this company a number of times over the last couple of years to help me with a variety of household plumbing problems and repairs at both my house and at my Mom's house. During this time, I've used at least 4 of their plumbers. All of these plumbers were extremely pleasant, helpful, efficient and professional. They've been willing to allow me to be involved in the process when I wanted to be, and to use parts I had on hand. In this instance, Dustin helped me trouble-shoot problems with a shower faucet and a sink faucet. The shower faucet had "frozen" so I was unable to turn on the water. The sink faucet was leaking. Dustin replaced both shower and sink faucet cartridges using parts I had on hand, tested to make sure this solved the problem, and offered advice on when it was best to replace the cartridge versus when it was best to purchase new faucets.

Description of Work: REASONABLE PLUMBING INSTALLED A FIFTY GALLON WATER HEATER FOR ME. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR YEARS ON APARTMENTS I OWN AND THEY HAVE DONE MANY DIFFICULT JOBS FOR ME.
