+ 0 moreI hired this company 11 years ago to re-do my front patio, and was very pleased with the quality of the work. This time was no different. Glenn Grey is an experienced contractor with impeccable standards. His crew was on time every day, worked as quietly as possible, cleaned up the site completely, and of course did excellent quality work. I attempted to get two other bids on the job, but one didn't show up for our appointment, the other didn't return my call for almost two weeks. I was happy with Rancho Pacific the first time and am thrilled with the work on this job. I am sure that another company could have done the job more cheaply, but Glenn added details that might have been overlooked by someone else, such as pouring a curb next to the garage to protect the stucco from water, and adding paver strips in the driveway for design continuity. I highly recommend this company.
Description of Work: Remove old patio, sidewalk, driveway, and tree roots; install new, larger concrete patio with root barrier, new side yard concrete with metal fence posts (for future fence), new larger driveway with paver strip inserts, and low voltage lighting. This job required cutting back a brick partial wall in order to allow room for the bobcat into the back yard, temporarily removing my outdoor water heater (twice) and re-installing it (twice), cutting the curb to widen the driveway approach, installing the low-voltage transformer with timer, and digging out huge, aggressive ficus tree roots.

+ -1 moreTHE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB IN CREATING EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. JOB WAS DONE ON TIME AND BUDGET. THE WORKMAN-SHIP WAS EXCELLENT AS WELL.
Description of Work: TEAR DOWN OF EXISTING BBQ ISLAND AND REPOURED CONCRETE. CONSTRUCTED A NEW BBQ ISLAND WITH SINK, REFRIGERATOR, AND BBQ. ALSO INSTALLED A FIREPIT.
