+ -1 moreThey were wonderful to work with. Our kitchen is tiny and we were told it would take 3 weeks, but they actually got ahead of schedule and finished in 2 weeks and 2 days! (I understand that doesn't happen often, but we were thrilled.) Pam was great in the design process and helped us pick the right cabinets, granite, etc. for a fresh but functional kitchen. Dave kept us in the loop so we would know when people were coming to work (or not). The guys who actually did the work were professional but also so sweet with my 2 little girls asking questions. I would absolutely recommend Rancho Kitchen and Baths.

Description of Work: Remodeled kitchen plus some extra improvements on first floor. It was an amazing experience! They finished the work on-time and within budget. They were very accomodating of a few extra things that we added in throughout the process. Shelly and Dave were always responsive and clear. We knew what was happening all the time - no surprises. We love our new kitchen, new lighting, everything.

+ 0 moreRancho Kitchen and Baths were punctual and quick and the workmanship was fine. They did damage one of the counter-tops and the did a pretty cheap fiberglass patch repair on granite that stand out and they made no offer to do anything better. They had several contractors. The Granite guy himself was not that great because of the defect and some others too. The prime contractor and the tile guy was fine. They guy that followed up with the plumbing install and so forth was fine. The quality of the tile job was very good and the quality of the plumbing as good.

Description of Work: I am writing this review 3 years after the project was completed. They designed and completely remodeled our 2 full and 1 -1/2 bathrooms. Our designer, Shelly was GREAT!! She helped us choose cabinets, floor and shower tile, granite and fixtures for all 3 bathrooms and opened our eyes on things we should and shouldn't do. I never realized how many decisions we needed to make and Shelly made it a very fun and positive experience! The owner, Dave was great also and his team was very nice and professional. They stayed on time and kept everything clean. My bathrooms all look amazing and even now 3 years later I am very happy we hired them!! Just wish they could have done our kitchen as well (we had already done that). I would definitely use them again!!
