Elizabeth Callaway and her team at Rancho Buena Vista Real Estate are great. I would not be in my home today if it was not for Elizabeth's patience and persistance. When it seemed everyone else was dropping the ball she was there to catch it. I am so sorry to put her through the purchase of a short sale process, but oh so glad I had her by my side.

Their thorough knowledge of their business, the market, and the area, along with their friendly can-do, go-for-it attitude made a challenging experience into one that was both a great learning opportunity and rewarding. Elizabeth (Callaway) toured us as soon as we asked through homes in every neighborhood of interest both in and a little above our price range. She instantly understood what we wanted and encouraged us to "share our opinions out loud" so she could better understand what we were looking for. We ended up putting an offer on a foreclosure property--which she knew the ins and outs of incredibly well--first in line. There was a mad rush on the property, but because she knew the area incredibly well, and she knew about its upcoming availability before any other realtor, Elizabeth put us in a prime position to get the great property at a great price. There is no doubt that, even in the current market, we have purchased a home that we can sell and make money on.
