Description of Work: We had a spyware and malware problem that had rendered our computers inoperative. Robert removed the spyware and malware to resolve this problem

Description of Work: Great Service as usual.Fixed Wi-Fi in home that was not working. Robert has done several things for me on two different systems including purchasing and complete installation of home system here in Del Mar. Outstanding service and knowledge of computer systems with many years of experience. I have used since 2010 and could not be more pleased.

+ -1 moreAs I previously stated-just outstanding. All of his work has been perfect and my computers are all running the way they are supposed to. He keeps his appointments and gets the job done like a true professional. Very fair in all of his dealings with me-three times overall on three different computer systems.
Description of Work: I have used Robert's service three times in two different office/home setups. Initially I used him for purchasing all of my equipment and installing same in December 2010 in San Diego. See first report dated 1/13/2011. Since then he has worked on my wife's laptop and most recently in December 2011 he remotely repaired my PC located in Las Vegas. This individual and service is outstanding and his rates are very competitive. I would highly recommend this service for any type of computer repair or set up etc. He is very professional and has over two decades of experience working with computers. Simply outstanding in all categories!

+ 0 moreThe service was outstanding and beside the shopping trip he set everything up at his office and then delivered it to my residence the next working day(Xmas day was in between). After the wireless set up of the computer and printer we determined that an additional booster could be set up downstairs in my residence to facilitate the wireless signal throughout my residence which he installed the next day or so. He then syncd up my I pad and my wife's laptop so they would work anywhere throughout my entire residence etc and my wife's laptop could also use the printer wirelessly. I have to tell you that I have never received better service from computer people than Robert and he is definitely knowledgable with over two decades of experience. Based on my experience I would highly recommend him for any type of computer repair or installation.
Description of Work: Robert advised me on what computer equipment to purchase based on his past experience with other customers and set up my home office with relevant software, printer etc. This was accomplished on one shopping trip to San Diego.
