We found this company on Angie's List and began contracting with them for regular pest control (ants, rodents, etc.). They come every 2 months to inspect and service our property. Last summer we had no problem with ants whatsoever. We were very pleased with this, as the summer before that we had big problems! We have always found their staff to be very pleasant, helpful and knowledgable. We've recommended this company to our neighbors, and they have also had great experiences with this company.

Job went professionally and efficiently and he rang bell at beginning and end to let me know what he found and how he addressed issues.

I called on a Friday late morning and Jay was able to come that afternoon. Thank Goodness! Ants crawling all over the wall and into the pantry! He sprayed around the house and found some nests outside which he also sprayed. Also put a bait in corners of the pantry Said that should kill them in a couple of days. Stayed late into the evening doing all this. Monday there were still ants so he returned and sprayed again and put large amounts of bait all around up high and on shelves. That got them! Nice people to deal with. Very helpful.

They are very responsive. I have them come in every couple of months on a routine service. They have been good with checking in and finding out if there have been any problems.

Two years ago our two dogs got fleas for the first time. The fleas were immune to most flea treatments and we had to get a new type of pill from the vet. The dogs had never had fleas before so we had never had the home or yard treated. But these fleas were more aggressive and we needed to take additional measures to control the flea population. Since R&D has been treating our yard, the dogs have been flea-free. The company is very professional, prompt, courteous, and thorough. They will listen to your problem and recommend the appropriate solution. Their every other month treatment has worked well for us and for our pets.

We spend $50 a month. They are very courteous. They call before they come. They are prompt and reliable. They provide a written report with information and their observations. We have no problems with them. We've used them for a long time.

They are excellent. My friend uses their services and I am very pleased too.

They are a small company and very service oriented. They are having an issue with the product that they were using. A problem with the law. They sent us a letter explaining what is going on and gave us options. I have been using them for many years. They are very thorough, considerate and knowledgeable. When they first came to talk about their service they were really friendly and personable. They value their customers. I have been very happy with them and I recommend them. It is $83 a visit. I think they are worth what they charge.

Good reviews on Angie's List. Called up for initial estimate, came out for application. All interactions were pleasant and professional. NO high pressure, just service with a smile. Technician explained what was covered and what was done. Also explained applications every other month, and what to expect in the next week or so as the chemicals affect the pests.

My ant problem has disappeared. The technician was very, very helpful and listened to all of my concerns. He walked around the outside with me and answered all my questions. I was really pleased and have since enrolled in their services for every two months. It is $75 for each visit,which I think is a bit pricey but maybe that is the standard cost these days. After the massive ant infestation inside my house I am happy to pay to not have that happen again.

As Fall approached we began to see mice on our patio just before sunset. No evidence of mice in the house - and that's the way we want to keep it. I called R&D. They came out the next day to discuss options, costs, materials that they would use, etc. They were extremely professional (clean truck, cleanly dressed, etc.) very pleasant and informative. I got the feeling that they really knew what they were talking about. They placed 4 bait stations and fully explained to me how they work. I chose to have them come back every other month to check the stations, etc. They also explained about what they can do to help with ant control - again - very informative - but no high pressure to sign up for other services. I haven't decided if I'm going to do the ants yet - but if I do - I will definitely call R&D first.

These guys are great! They have great professionalism, and they are very easy to talk too. I really enjoy working with them.

They are great! After signing up for their service, I went two and half years without seeing a single ant in my home. The technician that comes out is a very sweet man, and I like working with him very much. All of their work is done on the outside of my home, and they try to make their work as ‘green’ as possible. Also, they their prices are cheaper compared to other companies I’ve spoken with.

I really like their service. They always call ahead to let me know that they’re coming, and the follow up well. Also, I like that they treat their regular customers with high priority, and will quickly respond to any needs to occur between appointments.

They’ve always done good work for us, and we’ll continue using them.

Overall, I’ve been pleased. I think they are responsive, which is important.

Their representative, Dave, came out right away and spent a lot of time patiently explaining and answering all my questions about the methods and bait that they use. I had concerns about the safety of our three month old puppy, but he was able to dispel them to my satisfaction. Dave set up four bait stations and after a couple of months, the problem has been solved. Thanks, R&D!!The only minor negative I can write has to do with punctuality and it's this: being an hour early to an appointment can be as bad as being an hour late! We don't hesitate to recommend R&D and when we have another Rats-o-palooza in the backyard, I'm sure we will do business with R&D once more.

I like that they come every month to treat for bugs. I do not want them in my house and they make sure they don't come in. For that matter, they aren t even in my yard which works just great for me.

THESE GUYS ARE TERRIFIC! THEY ARE REALLY RESPONSIVE & WILL COME BACK AT NO CHARGE IF THEY DON'T SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM. WE'VE USED THEM FOR YEARS TO CONTROL OUR GOPHERS, & A COUPLE OF TIMES TO CONTROL INTERNAL ANTS.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS OUTSTANDING. THEY CAME IN AND GOT RID OF THE PEST THAT WERE BUGGING US. THIS COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.
