Crew was very professional. I have used Crandall Const. On several properties and have referred them to numerous owners looking for repair services.

Dick, Zac, and their crew do an excellent job every time! We’ve hired them for different projects, including new decks and general remodels. Always timely and courteous.

Zac and his crew were excpectional at making sure each and every need was met to my expectations. They showed up on time every day and worked with our work and school schedules to complete the job without issue and on time. They were very clean and did everything possible to keep the house tidy as they worked. This crew went above and beyond not skimping and letting us know how and what they were doing as they went. I will defiantly use them in the future and recommend them highly.

I contacted R. A. Crandall Construction Inc and gave them a list that entailed the scope of work. Dick responded with a rough ballpark without seeing the place and asked if that was within our budget...(he was trying to see if it was worth it for him to drive out to the site). I had to say it was within our budget before he agreed to come by to see the place. After meeting me and going over the scope at the site, he gave me a broken down cost of each item and a total sum of roughly $500 more than his rough ballpark estimate. I then contacted him (both via email and text) to see if we could just do a portion of items on the list for starters based on the cost of his itemized estimate. From then on...I have not heard back from him (it has been a week). I am assuming that he feels frustrated that I reduced the scope on him. My question is...why did he break down each item with a cost value if there was no room to add/delete items to massage the scope as we go? And rather than ignoring me...he could have just let me know that he could not provide service under a certain amount. I just want honesty and transparency...but did not receive this from them. All I received was the cold shoulder. I have been an architect for the last 18 years and have had my share of dealings with GC’s. Of course I never let Dick know because I wanted to see how honest an assessment he did. So after not hearing back from him, I’ve decided to write this review.

I've used for over 30 years. They are extremely professional, on time, great quality work. I would say they are very honest. Very great pricing. They stay on top of things. Highly recommend

They were highly professional. They set the gold standard in their industry with their expertise. Their ability to finish the timeline that they said they would. They were very professional with suggestions. I would recommend them to anybody. As a result of quality of their work, they increase the value of my property, my home.

I have worked with them for about 16 yrs, I have always been satisfied and if there was ever anything wrong, they are quick to come and fix it. They are an honest company.

They are very responsive and easy to work with.
