Description of Work: I bought a Big Deal around April 23rd for a $49 water heater flush, you reached out to the company several different times and never received a call back. When I would call it never went to voicemail, and the phone would just hang up.

We have record of every time you reached out. Each time you called we asked you to fill out our form on our website to schedule your appointment. The form was never submitted as asked. The form ensures that we have you in our system and you will not be forgotten about. It also allows us to see your project in advance to make sure we bring the correct tools and materials to your job. The last call we have from you was 7 months after you purchased the big deal. You were less that pleasant on the phone. Despite not being paid a dime of the $49.00 dollar big deal we cut you a check for $49.00 out of our pocket. We also gave you the phone number and explained how to get your $49.00 from Angieslist. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee on service. I know you are unhappy but screaming and yelling will not make us want to help you. Hopefully the $49.00 helped you feel a little better.

Description of Work: Quick's plumber repaired a botched job by a plumber with Black Mountain plumbing. That plumber had hooked up the water lines of my instant water heater in a crossed-over, mistaken, totally botched way. It was a big job to get the lines back to the correct hook-ups. Quick's plumber did an excellent jog of fixing the mistake, but it was expensive and totally unnecessary. I recommend Quick. Don't call Black Mountain.

Description of Work: Flushed and checked the water heater as well as the plumbing. The technician was very nice and really knowledgeable. While we were waiting for the water heater to drain, he checked all the plumbing in the house and showed me where 2 sink drains might leak in the future. Even with that amazing Big Deal price, he did not rush or try to upsell me.

Quick Water Heater Co was wonderful. Brandon is who I called on the phone and also the same person who came out to do the work. All in all it took less than 5 hours from when I called to have my old heater out and new heater installed. My Garage was actually cleaner after he was done than when he started. I called around to other plumbing companies and decided on Quick Water Heater Co because of the quoted flat rate. One company quoted me on the phone for $750.00, after coming out and adding the water heater straps and mount and a few other items told me it was going to be $1350.00. I was very impressed with Brandon from Quick Water Heater Co because of his punctuality, courteousness and the fact that he was a "straight shooter". Quoting me a price on the phone, coming out, and getting the job done.
Description of Work: Brandon from Quick Water Heater Co removed my old water heater that was leaking all over my garage and installed a new one. He installed new gasolines, new water heater mount, and new earthquake straps. He also took my old water heater with him.

I called him at 7am for a price and if he could install the new water heater that afternoon. He arrived on time and installed the unit per our agreed upon price and cleaned up any trash from the installation.
Description of Work: Brandon at Quick Water Heater replaced the water heater at my town home. He also replaced the existing pipe connections from the house to the new water heater. He then connected all lines, the earthquake harness, filled the unit and turned the pilot light on. He then cleaned up all trash and also took away my old unit.

My water heater began to leak on Memorial Day weekend. I called Quick Water Heater at 2 pm on Saturday. Brandon was at my door by 4:30 that day to replace my 15 year old water heater/ Brandon was fast, courteous and professional. He answered all my questions about water heater issues and problems. There were no hidden cost associated with the installation, as his prices are displayed on his web site. He kept his work area clean and removed all trash/mess associated with the installation. I would have no problem referring Brandon or using him again for any water heater problems I may have. Thanks for your help!!
