I requested service through Angie's List - paid for the service and received a message that i the company would contact me with 3 days to schedule service. I was never contacted. Followed-up with another message through this website - no response. Requested a refund since services were not performed - STILL HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING OR HAVE I RECEIVED MY REFUND!!!!

This is why we use Angie's List--to put us in contact with contractors such as Quick Water Heater Co. I first went to a big box store to get parts for a leaking water heater. They treated me pretty indifferently and clearly didn't tell me what I needed to know. We researched water heater contractors and came up with Quick Water Heater Co. I talked to a technician on the phone and he suggested we needed someone to look at our problem and had us do a quick request on line to save time later. He told us al technician would call us back as soon as possible. To our pleasant surprise Robert called within ten minutes. He was very friendly and went over our problem and then said he could be at our house in a couple of hours as he was on another call. He called us before he came and he came when he said he would. After inspecting our situation he discussed options with us. No hard sell, just information about the different options. We made the decision to have him install one of their water heaters because we'd checked enough to know they were superior to the ones from the big box store. Robert arrived on time the next day and did a fantastic instillation--much better than the sloppy contractor did ten years ago and he left the room clean. The job was done on time and the new water heater works perfectly and we are very pleased with our service and product and would highly recommend Quick Water Heater Co. to anyone.

The whole experience was great. Robert was wonderful and professional. He was on time both for the evaluation and the work the next day. He reviewed the work he did after he was done. He was clean and courteous. I would totally recommend this company and will use them again if need be.

I knew from a previous interaction with another plumber (unconnected with Quick Water Heater) that my Rinnai Tankless heater had been incorrectly installed. So , I was not sure about what to do or even what could be done. When Brandon and Robert of Quick Water Heater arrived, they quickly noticed the problem and soon began to offer options of how to proceed. In a clear, easily understandable way, they discussed the options, explaining what would be done, the cost, and the upside and downside of each. This made it possible for me to make an informed decision about what to do. There was no pressure on their part to choose the costlier options. In the visit, my concern about whether my water softener was working properly came up. Brandon kindly offered to check this. He did a test that showed the water had been softened, and therefore the softener was working. He then showed me what to do to check this in the future. All in all, I was very satisfied with my interaction with Brandon and Robert of Quick Water Heater. They were courteous and friendly. They were intelligent and clear thinking in the discussion of solutions and professional in the actual work.

Had a leaking water heater and they were very responsive, quick to make it out, great customer service, and got the job done quickly at a good price.

Saturday morning I noticed my hot water was not producing hot water. I initially called a company I have a homeowners repair contract with for almost any problem. After being on hold for awhile, I finally had a conversation with a computerized voice, then waited awhile for the notified contractor to call me. By now it was a few hours later. The contractor called and said the first availability was Thursday. Wow. I told her that isn't going to work for me and hung up. After a little online research I realized the pilot light was off. I relit it and it worked for awhile and went off again. After repeating a few times I realized it was a bigger issue. After reading reviews I opted to check out Quick Water Heater Co. The operative word being, "Quick." I filled out the online form on their website, adding a few pictures as requested. Within 20 minutes I had a call back from Robert. We discussed my issue and I opted to get a new water heated rather than repair one that was not 8 years old. Robert did not push me in either direction, but let me decide myself based on the information we had. Robert offered to come Sunday, but I had plans so we set an appointment for Monday at 9 a.m. 8:30 Brandon called to say they were on their way. Brandon (owner) and Robert went right to work, explaining everything and answering my questions. They were fast and efficient. Water heaters are all they do so they are truly experts. Brandon strongly suggested replacing my old pressure regulator, explaining that if it fails it can cause major plumbing problems and costly repairs. The new Rheem water heater was installed with all new hoses, straps, gas line( they even attached wood blocks between the heater and wall), to bring everything up to the current code regulations. Their website states that the prices listed are what you will be charged and that is exactly as I was charged. You pick the one with the warranty you pay based on that. And they will be happy to explain to you what the differences are. I am really glad I picked this company.

Arrived on time, pleasant polite very professional, gave me estimates for future works that i will need in the near future.not pushy but with clear explanation of future work needed and a very reasonable estimate given. Will definitely use them again.

On the scheduled service day the technician for Quick Water Heater Co. called 15 minutes prior to arriving to confirm that he was on his way. He arrived on time and set to work immediately. He flushed the water heater, refilled the tank and then checked the plumbing in the house. Rob, the technician, was pleasant and polite. He answered my questions, explained the workings of the heater and alerted me to minor plumbing issues that might surface over time. The service was completed in a quiet and efficient manner and the work area was left clean. Should any plumbing problems arise in the future, I would not hesitate to call Quick Water Heater Co.

Robert Daige arrived on time. Was very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. He showed me the condition of the anode rod and explained its role to me. He didn't pressure me into replacing it but suggested it would be a good idea and I agreed. He did a good clean job.

After discovering a leak in my very old (1984!!) water heater, contacted Quick Water Heater Co. via their website (it was better than on the phone, which they did not answer). I got a call shortly thereafter confirming the appointment for my chosen time. The technitian (George) arrived just a bit early and installed a 50 gallon water heater. The work went quickly and the area was left cleaner than when he arrived. We are very satisfied with Quick Water Heaters and strongly recommend them.

George, the water heater installer, was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He came by very quickly without much notice and installed by water heater up to code in record time. I am extremely happy with the service I received and I will recommend this company to my friends.

My old water heater "leaked-out" overnight. I discovered it at 6:30 AM, found QUICK on Angie's List and was on the phone arranging for service by 7AM. The service tech (George) was here with a new water heater by 9AM!!!! Fantastic!! QUICK is very up front about prices (look at website). George was not only competent but very personable. His work was excellent.

Unfortunately they did not keep the initial appointment; I called after waiting for quite a while for them to show up, only to learn they lost track of the appointment as someone was ill. I rescheduled, but unfortunately they somehow again managed to lose track of the appointment! That time someone did arrange to come out the same day the appointment was for, and apologized profusely. They seemed to do a proper service of the water heater (although they did not have a long enough hose with them, so needed to borrow mine) and gave me what I believe was some good advice about it. They did not try to sell me anything unnecessary, so I rate their honesty as high. This is a family business and I would consider using them again as I like to support that, but they do need to get more organized about scheduling and keeping appointments.

I finally got an appointment for this coupon, yet no one showed and no one called to say they would not be coming to the appointment. When I called Brandon later, he told me that he no longer accepts any of the coupons from Angie's List and to ask for a refund.

Prompt and evening service provided which was very convenient. Good communication. It was my first time getting this kind of service done so it was good education as well. The technician took the time to explain.

Everything went smoothly. It was easy to schedule. The technician was running late but he did call to advice about the delay. The flush went well. I also purchased a coupon for my mother’s house. He was honest in telling that the age of the heater could cause more damage if there was any rust so he didn’t want to do the flush. We appreciated his honesty.

The service person arrived on time, was courteous, efficient and friendly. He explained what he was going to do and why. He also explained some other problems he noted. During the inspection and flush a vent had to be moved and upon reinstallation was found to be very difficult and he remade a new vent at no charge. I plan to use this group anytime I need plumbing service and would recommend them to anyone.

Justin arrived on time, was very professional, and went to work and completed the task in a quick efficient manner. He asked the location of the water heater. Inspected the water heater for fittings, pipes and leaks. Brought with him a hose and attached to the drain of the water heater. Drained the sediment from the tank and asked have hot water tested to assure no air in water line or leaks. Included us in annual inspection of existing hot water tanks. I am a happy customer.

Brandon was fantastic! He was very upfront about my situation and wasn't trying to push me into making a decision I wasn't comfortable with. He was extremely professional and had a great attitude. His workmanship was excellent and he left no mess behind for me to worry about. I would highly recommend his services!

It was a pretty smooth operation. I looked around Angies list and decided to call Quick Water Heater. I really liked the fact that they displayed there price right on the website. I called another company and they said they couldn't give me a price over the phone. Ya, I've heard this story before. After Brandon from Quick Water Heater showed up it was pretty straight forward. They did the work, cleaned up and explained what they had did and how to operate the tank. Brandon left a business card on the tank and left me one as well. Overall it was completely painless. I would recommend this service to anyone I know.
