There were so many aspects to the work performed. Repaired the roof on two buildings; replaced skylights; installed new flooring throughout 2000 sq. foot house; painted and repaired ceiling cracks; repaired two windows, facilitated electrical work; new ceiling fan and grout and tile repairs, and much more. I was impressed at how many different skill sets Francesco and his workers, Pietro and Erik had. The work was performed on time; meticulously and at a fair price. My house looks brand new. I am very pleased. I think people want two things in a contractor, honesty and competence. Francesco prepared a contract and each additional task had a change order. Everything was above board. Francesco and his team replaced our wooden deck with Treks . They were very professional in all aspects of the job. They started the job on time and completed it on schedule. The new deck is beautiful! We would definitely use them again.

I know Francesco and is Team since a long time. They did many Improvements at my house in the past years. For this last project I was supposed to hire a company who was designed and recommended from the Insurance company because I had major leaks coming from the house siding and the the roof that has caused many problems all over to the inside interiors including a new kitchen. The previous company came over and gave me a quote but they didn t show up to start the work inventing excuses for the dela. I called Francesco at Quality Renovation Solutions and he came over right away, he matched the quote from the previous company and did way more work that work in the previous scope of work. They started the work within one week and completed the work with all of my approval . He involved me in many aspects of the work and when he discovered Major Problems coming from the siding and the roof he resolved the problems immediately with a very low additional price. Work was done in a timely manner. When necessary changes came up, they were dressed fairly. Will definitely hire this company again.

Mario came right away and on time to give me an estimate. My job was small (replace a 12 foot beam underneath my patio cover) and he was able to start the next day since he had to wait for concrete to cure on a different project. The work was completed on time and looks great. Mario has a great attitude and was very knowledgable and helpful.
