Description of Work: PAINT EXTERIOR INCLUDING TRIM. REPLACE HEATER DOOR. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT WAS DONE. MR. DUPLEASE AND HIS ASSISTANT WERE AMAZING IN THE JOB THAT WAS COMPLETED. THEY WENT FAR AND BEYOND WHAT I EXPECTED OF THEM. I WILL USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN

+ -1 moreI was very pleased with Jim's easy going but professional nature. He returned every call within a few minutes and was actually early once the job was going, staying until it was done. He was very professional in every regard. I would especially recommend him as an alternative to larger companies as his price was more competetive and I believe I got the same, if not better service. Several days after completing the job I noticed an area I thought was a problem, although he was working half-way across the county he came back, made some additional repairs, which were more for looks than function, at no charge.
Description of Work: I had roof leaks for some time and previous fixes never solved the problem. Jim finally took care of an issue which had plagued me for more than a year. He did what should have been done by previous contractors. He identified several areas of concern, took up all of the tiles and repaired the problems.

+ 0 moreTwo people came to do the job. They came early, worked long hours and were pleasant and polite. When the job took longer than planned, they did not complain nor did they increase the cost to us. They cleaned the walkway areas daily and completed the job thoroughly. We would hire them again.
Description of Work: Quality Home Works removed our paper shingles and rotted roof wood. Being very old, the pieces had become very crumbly and the job took longer time than anticipated. All the wood and roofing materials were replaced. They worked from 2nd of May to 9th of may.

Description of Work: Jim was the only roofer out of the ten I contacted that came to inspect my roof and gave me an estimate the same day. He was very through, spent 30 minutes to describe and explain the work needs to be done. He also suggested how I could save money by just repairing the damaged portion instead of a complete overhaul.
