PROPACK MOVING SYSTEMS

Our entire experience was awful. I don’t unhappy write reviews but their treatment of us as customers was malicious. This company is a scam. They have listings in san deieho and New Jersey and I’m assuming other places. Anthony, the owner of the company lied about every single situation. He sounds legit but don’t believe a word that he says. The movers, who don’t actually work for ProPack showed up and added TWO THOUSAND dollars on to our move the day of. They were rude and tried to get more money out of us every step of the move by using our bets pal belongings in their truck as leverage. Some of our items went missing and they are now screening my calls and sending straight to voicemail. I would highly recommend that you hire somebody else, I promise, you will regret it if you choose ProPack. I included a photo of them sleeping instead of moving because we would not give them 2,000$ more. They sat like this for over an hour in an unmarked truck.

My experience with them overall was poor. I told them what I had and it turns out that I had about 50% more than they estimated and they had quoted. So the quote went from 1800 to 6000 dollars. By this time they moved everything from my garage onto my driveway. The pricing just didn't make sense and kept changing. When I asked them why the packing fee was so high, he claimed he needed to pack all these things but he actually didn't need to pack hardly anything. I had asked initially how much they would charge to help me pack and they said 0-10 dollars for one box and they helped me pack 3 boxes and charged 1560. When I spoke with Philip, the owner, the only thing he would say is you have a lot more things than what you told us about. They tripled the price even though it ended up only weighing twice as much as the estimate. Initially our agreement was that they would store my stuff for 100 a month after two weeks of free storage. They changed it to 250 a month for storage and although I was originally told they would store my things for up to 3 months, now it has changed to 2 months.
