Their estimate was reasonable, and since we had a good experience with them the last time (mounting a microwave in the kitchen in our old house) we decided to go with them again. I can only say that the work was even better this time. Tony and his crew arrived at 7:30AM and by around 3:30PM the entire job was completed, including clean up. Running the HDMI cable was tricky due to some issues with the walls and the area around the fireplace, but they were able to problem-solve it. We are extremely pleased with the work; the sconce lights look great and are mounted level with each other, the mantle, which they built for is, is perfect for the fireplace (the previous mantel was too large for the scale of the wall area). Everything works and looks great. We couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of their craftsmanship or their work ethic.

I own a condo in San Diego but live in Orange County. Occasionally, something goes wrong and it's a huge nightmare. My husband is a general contractor himself but it's not always cost effective for us to go down there and take care of things ourselves. I've not had a lot of luck finding good service. The other day, my plumbing had some problems - both in a bathroom and with a kitchen faucet. I found someone with FIVE STARS on Yelp. The guy totally ripped me off. I let him (the other guy) snake the drains. I adamantly would not allow him to fix the faucet at the price he was quoting and the work his was going to do (see above!). We hung up the phone and my husband shook his head that the guy was trying to gouge us. We got a referral to Jeff and Pro Custom GC - and not only did he repair the leak that the other plumber left behind (which was worse than how the first guy found it, including damage to my kitchen cabinetry), he only charged me three hours of service - when he could have easily inflated it to 4 and maybe even 5. Given that my husband is a contractor, our standards for service are high and our knowledge about what we are getting is high. Jeff and ProCustom can definitely be trusted.s
