+ -1 moreI have had the security system for about 5 years. I got several false alarms the first year because the hallway sensor kept going off when the weather was hot. He changed the hallway monitor. That finally seems to be resolved. However, I have tried multiple times to contact the installer, Ric . Mostly small questions. No response from him. Now,I am planning some renovation and want to make some adjustments in my system. He has not returned a call in 6 months. I will likely use a different provider when I do my renovations.
